You may very well be right, but that would defeat much of the purpose of the "do not edit the enrollment post" policy; the other campaigns have that at least partly to allow users to just enroll and immediately start posting, while preventing scammers from changing their initial post count.

It seems to be up and running now as well.  I guess they were making some changes, although not visible on the site to us...  Anyways, he does seem to be a bit more active on the Site's thread. 

For those scared users: UpDown.bt purchased a "Gold Member" status from the bitcoin foundation.  It costs $25,000 USD.  Although that does not guarantee payment, it does seem a bit silly to not pay a couple hundred to thousand dollars after this.

Not that many people would likely even get close to doing half of that though.
