This delay is enough to call this sig campaign scam? Personally i think that is time to leave negative feedback to Updown.bt profile (meh, btc foundation gold member and he can't afford to pay his sig users)

I will be leaving negative feedback in +-6 hours, since I gave him 24 hours extra to make the payment. It's 3.42AM over there right now, which means that he won't do much for at least 4 hours.

If I were in your Place I would have given him 72hours before jumping to conclusion , Yeah I can understand its already 3 days more then initial payday that was 5th july, but as OP mentioned some health issues maybe few extra hours only because he showed up on 4th july I don't understand why he'll do that if he intended to scam way before.

I find 24 hours more then enough to be honest. Logging in and posting a message takes 2 minutes, max.
Anyway, I will judge (and maybe even reconsider) when the time comes

dont you do that he might just come her to post ill be back in a few hour just to buy himself more time, you do it or dont do it,  Im sure he comes here to look without logging in to check what we are saying.

IMO the website reputation is currently getting damaged. This bad publicity isn't easy to go away and if you can't regulate the campaign you should try to get someone to run it in your place. Also if you don't offer a direct support in your website and just bitcointalk.org topic as a reference you should actually try to be more available than once monthly.

Well it's about that time.  I'll give a few more hours, then it's negative trust from me and I'm removing signature.  I'll giv ehim a few hours to wake up today and come to his senses.  Folks, I'd advise everyone to do the same and we should spread the word here.  I would NEVER trust a gambling site that blatently lies to its sig campaign members - you would think that once a liar, always a liar, meaning that if he cheats us I wouldn't doubt he's cheating on his site too.

Even if I remove the signature I am still owed like .08 BTC.  I can always remove my negative posts about updown and remove the trust if he pays us.

Yes well you're right.  I was promoting my own creature :-) and it was great to have my own sig.  But ... while I am developing my own things I need to earn something too pay bills etc.
I was hoping for some contributions from the visitors but well .. after a month of work now I need to pay my bills :-) that's why I am back to PD.

I hope I will be able to put my own sig back very soon.

Seems legit. Time and confirmations fit, but I couldn't trace it back to UpDown.BT's main addresses.
