I haven't heard any news, it can be an dump-pump organization by whales. But i use poloniex and 24 hour high price is 25000, where did u see 70000 ?

Actually, if you do a little research, you will notice that volume, and price, have been more or less steadily raising for the last month or so right along with a good portion of the market.

You can even see rich list , millions of coins with no staking. so most likely pump and dump.

But pump and dump isn't a bad thing, that's what create attention.

Now I got to know VeriCoin.

And as soon as price goes back to 0.2, I'll buy 10K coins and start staking

I have a problem with my wallet.
It is the latest version.
I have synced it from scratch with no problems. I received interest last week.
Everything was working.
Now it acts like crazy. Yesterday I received interest but never confirms.
It says synced, after a while it says e.g. 200 blocks back, then says synced, then says 90 blocks back and stays there.
I close and open the wallet and same thing happens.
Interest is always unconfirmed. 1 confirmation.

What can I do?

EDIT: I have checked in block explorer and yesterday's interest is not there.

EDIT 2: I have started the wallet with -rescan but it didn't fix anything.

EDIT 3: I have clicked reload blockchain. It finished. It shows synced and now it shows yesterday's interest as generated but not accepted and my total coins as 0. If I go to history I see my correct balance.

EDIT 4: rescanned wallet and now it seems it's OK.

I hate when people use the term "scam" with pn'd's, I don't participate in them "knowingly" but they are not scams as long as it is a good project they bring attention to and not just some new anon/ditching dev sh!tcoin.

besides no body forces anyone to chase a pump, but people get mad a blame the coin instead of the fact that they made a bad call to chase the all time highs etc.

I posted a shot of trex's graph a few hours after the initial spike on the CCC beginners group, trying to tell people to not chase it but that it is a great project and some one removed it for some reason

any who what is going on with Polo's VRC wallet there is a warning on it... while Bittrex doesn't (I even did a test send from trex to my own wallet and like always it showed up in no time at all)

Of course you can, but you have to be wise (experienced, lucky...) enough to anticipate when to buy/sell. Best thing that works for me is not being (too) greedy.

I'm just happy all my little sells got filled, If for example I have 200 coins on an exchange I'll only be trading about 50 of them near the current average price and the rest I break up and put much higher on the sell wall for unexpected special occasions like we had the other day  last thing I ever expected was to wake up and find my sell at 70k to be filled, now I still have the same amount of VRC trading but my staking wallet is that much bigger    I use the same technique on every coin I trade/hold... every once and a while I wake up to a happy surprise.

Bittrex fixed their wallet issue within 2 hours of me talking to them, quick and straight forward. Poloniex is another story, multiple messages sent with no response. Seriously Poloniex is the worst exchange, horrible communication and support.

I would advise anyone trading to move to Bittrex

I would advise anyone trading to move to Bittrex

If you can't withdraw VRC from Poloniex, you may try to sell for BTC, and send BTC to bittrex and buy VRC again.
Do not forget to always withdraw a very little amount of coins for testing purpose before withdrawing a large amount.

Hummm... Polo has been slipping quite a bit lately. Lots of things happening there that are impacting service, other wallets having trouble, etc. And, the removal of the troll box is interesting although not shocking. They are saying those moderators are being "re-purposed" to tech support. Interesting...

The support of Livecoin exchange told me about VRC is temporarily disabled for technical reasons and the my replenishment can't be credited before it is included.  My money that i have sent to that exchange are "in progress" already 30 hours (and have about 1250 confirnation).

So my question is: when will VRC enable?

Please Help! Received Invalid Tx Hash from Shapeshift

Few days ago I tried to get some vericoin from shapeshift. Unfortunately, the tx hash given is 'UNKNOWN'.

I contacted shapeshift and they told me they had confirmed that the funds have successfully sent in TXID: 2121272f3bfbfd00c0a30c541a406a0dae880f3e2feed14b6841713425a285c0 (blocktime: 1498884004). And even told me that the VRC block explorer has been disabled on and off for the past few days. Be sure my wallet is fully synced to view the incoming funds.

But I doubt it. Because I never receive any VRC from that transaction in my wallet! I even checked my wallet on VRC Block Explorer. There is no incoming funds from shapeshift.

Can anyone out there help me to verify if the TX HASH is valid or not.

my vericoin wallet was stacking up but now i want  to move funds, i disable the stacking option but still money is not going back to the spendable section.

any idea how to make it spendable again?

i have 1 pending interest transaction (stuck from days on 1 confirmation out of 501)

First thing is to click off the staking square. This will stop your wallet from staking.

Your coins are staking and you don't have access to those ones while they stake and validate the blockchain.

Just give it a couple hours and you will have access to all your coins.
