Blocks are not loading on my NFD client. How to "reload" blocks in my client? Thanks.

Did you set a hallmark? initial startup only works without hallmark. That's a known issue.
After blockchain download you can set again hallmark.

No hallmark set. Anything to do to load blocks on client. Tried restart (Win8)

Maybe your firewall is blocking outgoing requests?
Are you only allowed to connect through a proxy to internet?

My guess is that they could be claimed any time before launch. After launch, they can be converted to the unclaimed funds to use for bounties. There is a big one in Cat4. That is good. It is always good to have more bounty funds after launch.

I support hiring people for design and coding, it is much more efficient than wait if someone in community will show up.

MaWo had to hold some people's NFD back because of security worries. [EDIT: I later saw he's dealt with your issue.]

That's why I haven't got down to the PMs yet. Sorry about the delay, but the entire dev team feels awful about the NFDers who were robbed (again). There's already been a lot of discussion on how to make the NFD environment less unsafe. I'm currently looking into a (semi-) straightforward way to generate a secure passphrase. I'll be a clunker - I can't help that, given that I'm a Java newb with (lack of) skills to match - but I'll do what I can. Including slapping in some rudimentary protection against clipboard-stealing malware.
