I think that all large investors should organize a separate conference in skype or #Slack and discuss the plan for the further development of this coin. It is obvious that  will have to pay a programmer for the work that will change in coino code. I believe that the best solution would be to switch to X11 and adding POS.

The CNO is ticking along with present degree of mining activity but just bearly enough to activate (/propagate-to) jswallet system to make instant deposits occasionally but not (working at all on) any single withdrawal, i.e., behaving as if it is only a paper wallet and so far it is believed that the problem is a network issue, not webwallet (jswallet) issue.

I have no problem in giving up the jswallet (which will not work in POS/POW hybrid systems) but remember that it is still a chicken-and-egg situation- the initial purpose of trying to elevate the network (mining) activity was to help the jswallet work, not the other way around. A web wallet can be used (controlled) by a web-site campaign to do promotional activities easily, bypassing the need to make separate apps which would otherwise require gaining acceptance at the (android/apple) store(s)- and it is immediately available.

Beyond that, I really wants to see more hope before any activity, especially the one essentially making a new coin. Certainly, I would be happy to go along with the community for enough reasons; If it is not for jswallet to work there would not be any rush to re-activate mining rewards or create any activities, some of which are actually making a new coin. We should probably wait a little while before any change, in that case.  Cheesy

Unless we have a dedicated dev, plans and resources (for Coino after more than 1000 days and overdue), I believe we should leave any magnificent plans (including creating POW+POS hybrid and virtually switching to a new coin) to the next step.

I can proposing

1) To start in about 2 weeks to rebuild CNO with reintroduction of Scrypt-POW of 4 CNO/block rewards just to make CNO functional or even doing better

2) the jswallet is a webwallet compatible only with some of the POW algos only. it is needed to promote the usership of CNO.  (See CNO promotion) Full functionality of the site ( which might be moved to a new site) is not shown yet, not until the promotional campaigns start and it is mostly or strictly only for smartphone/mobile systems.

3) Need a new website for CNO or to acquire the old coinocoin.com site. I am considering a bounty system for this one. pm me if you are interested.

4) Move to a new thread.

The CNO has been "as dead" for 2-3 times. Don't let this happen again.  Undecided

Are they all online? I just noticed I'm only connected to a single peer, 70.38.54.10

Put  addnode=192.241.140.207  for jswallet to start working well

192.241.140.207 is refusing connections on port 15555. Is the port forwarded properly on your router?

Try addnode=203.20.114.252 at your end, as that definitely accepts inbound connections. I'm still only connected to the lone peer 70.38.54.10

Thank you, I will do it...................Thanks. Cheesy

The master node "70.38.54.10" is not working any more; the Cryptopia Block explorer has been refusing to show any other addnodes except this one and now it shows that the network is "dead.". Only your node "203.20.114.252" shown as active addnode peer in one of my CPU miner. Another CPU miner in the same house cannot connect and sync.

We have to rebuild the CNO wallet with relaunch at 4 CNO per block POW and incorporate jswallet now, before it is too late.

Please keep the "203.20.114.252" node running.

Thanks.

I have a zero connections too. last seen nodes:

Num:    Last session:    Address:    SubVersion:    Protocol:
1    2016-09-21 21:20:39    67.34.98.154:15555    /Satoshi:0.6.4/    60001
2    2016-09-21 16:39:51    108.31.14.26:15555    /Satoshi:0.6.4/    60001
3    2016-09-20 18:45:39    70.38.54.10:15555    /Satoshi:0.6.4/    60001

Code:
# coin: coino
addnode=100.8.140.247
addnode=50.78.54.41
addnode=50.77.68.9
addnode=50.77.68.29

Here's the current peers from my POV, but none of those IPs are accepting inbound connections on port 15555, so other peers will probably not be able to connect to them.

203.20.114.252 is a server with a dedicated IP, so it will accept inbound connections fine. I guess right now it's like a master hub, the glue holding the network together, since no one else can connect directly to each other... this is going to cause problems if my server or link has any downtime.

If anyone owns the above IPs, you need to figure out how to open ports on your router, so others can initiate connections to you.

edit: I've let Cryptopia know my peer IP so hopefully they can get connected again. If their client accepts inbound connections then that will help strengthen the network, but for security purposes exchanges often deliberately disable inbound connections.

Thanks. I am getting 2-3 active peers on each CPU miner now.

Hello, please tell me how to adjust the synchronization of the wallet?

Please go to the new thread.   https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1626869.80

Please note that a switch to POWx11 + POS is in the planning; rebuild of wallet is needed. Should be ready in January, 2017 if every goes right.

Some of wallet clients crashed (due to unmanageable, too-large block chain files); new nodes failed to be created.

So far my window wallet client running vista and 32-bit Win7 still works. One running Win7 64-bit cannot load the blockindex file to start.

Further details will be posted from time to time.   Cheesy
