My wallet gets stuck all the time on synchronizing to network and the blocks that need to download just pile up untill i restart it, its pritty borring to restart it every 2 hours, anyone have idea why is this happening?

Mine got stuck yesterday for about an hour, I just left it and it caught up

Also noticing the network is getting very sloooow! now we've surpassed block 5000 it's pure POS, but currently don't have enough wallets staking to help keep it running at full speed. Looks like we may need to release an update to increase the POW blocks, so we can when required mine for TX fees to help the network.

I can run a couple of extra wallets (one on my #2 rig, one on my bedroom laptop) 24/7 if it will help a bit. Let me know (I'm not very 'techy') & I'll set them up & seed them with a couple of thousand each from my main wallet.

I can't do very much on the promotions front, sorry, I'm already up to my neck with my ZeitCoin responsibilities & recently joined "The Blake EcoSystem" too but for sure I'll 'up' KK wherever I can. I think that at least some of that buying spree earlier might be down to a tweet reply I sent.

Very bad idea to allow PoW as well, somebody can easily 51% the coin as the hash rate for PoW will be very low.

Agree with fedmahnkassad. That appears to be what happened to Coin2.0 and they are still recovering.

I guess multipools are overestimated. It worked for drk and bc but the coin must have value first to have miners in that multipool.
What about an exchange focused on 1 day coins that are exchangeable in KTK only. It would generate a demand for KTK and high volume for sure

Like mistress has said, please give your ideas and suggestions. The normal stuff such as articles, translations etc will be done.

We could do a twitter blitz, every tweet gets ktk and also looking at tipbots for twitter/reddit.


Anyone with contacts who can/does run a multipool please pm me, let's get the ball rolling even though atm can only purchase ktk manually until it's listed on an exchange with a order api.

Maybe an IRC channel on free node can be considered, although I know you plan developing a chat functionality for the wallet.
As for improving the network functionality, I can also volunteer to run my wallet 24/7.
And definitely would like to help on the promotion front (see my earlier PM).

OKAY, I've added the 2 extra wallets anyway - they only have 12 KK each in, for now.

Will it help the network more if I split my 30,000 equally between them or will they do just as good a job if I just leave the 12 in them.
I won't be splitting my stake until I get confirmation from DEV that I won't lose my bonus coz the wallet he has on record for me only has 10,000 in it come bonus time

(on request I'll PM you the extra addies but don't want to spam your inbox if I don't have to)

Maybe any of you with more than one PC could consider doing something similar?

I have one computer running the wallet 24/7. Having a second computer run it with the same wallet.dat wouldn't help, right?

you may want to put some small amount, say 10KTK, in these new wallets and then the things should work.
That way you can help the network and still qualify for the bonus after 30days.
