According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

No sign of my reward yet - and I've still got 27,000 of the stake in there.

I've voted many times without claiming any reward, if peeps have been snaffling them I don't care, as long as the coin gets where it should be.

I received the 2000 coins and a bounty for the paper wallet.

Just remembered another thing I can do and that is make .msi installers, if you go to http://netcoinfoundation.org/ and scroll down to where the wallets are, you will see the "Windows Installer", if you download that you can see how it looks. It places a shortcut for you on the desktop and all that. It even has background images while you wait. Again if you wanted background images you would need to provide those.

On another note... Just giving my opinion, take it for what it is worth (not much XD)... All I see is vote mintpal, come on must vote mintpal, keep voting mintpal... Like your only desire is to get on mintpal, why? Let the coin grow naturally, concentrate on building some useful services. All this energy voting for mintpal, could be used contacting stores to accept you etc.

Just my 2 cents anyway. Let me know if you want the .msi done. Smiley

I totally agree with you. Honestly, from my side I m doing what I can, but I m not tech skilled and so I m waiting for some news from the dev. I think that when there will be some technical news, something will change in positive. Anyway, if there is some proposal from someone more experienced than me, I ll give a hand with pleasure

I agree with the mintpal thing but on the other hand it does show there is a strong and active community, krypt is shooting up the votelist.

I would like to see more information from the OP about actual development though now beyond getting on exchanges. and a coin ticker from some guy who does them for any old coin. good information like this will make sure that you don't NEED to beg to get on an exchange. they will add you voluntarily.

Yeah I think you guys need to start brainstorming for an edge, something to set you guys apart... There are lots of things you could do with no technical knowledge. I run another coin, I like to help out and all but I'm not likely to give my ideas away XD. Though I am all for collaborations and I quite like Krypt Koin. I own a casino too, http://ecasino.io/, it could be arranged to get Krypt Koin on there... But it costs, it would be the game developers that add it, I think it is like 400 euros or something. Although there is another coin wanting to be added so maybe we can get the costs down like that.

But yeah have a chat about what you can do to make yourselves stand out.
