which is insane ( + casino has a betting limit so this calculation is nulled )

It is a big difference if you have a 99% chance to win 50$ and lose the same amount (or, say, 500$), or if you can win 50$ with a 99% certainty, but lose 170,000$ in the case lady Luck decides to turn her back on you. A huge difference!

Could you please name a few? If a casino doesn't impose an upper limit on the wager, they are most likely scams or can just stop your bets where they see fit. Note that the presence of such a limit doesn't necessarily prevent a casino from turning into a scam...

Could you please name a few? If a casino doesn't impose an upper limit on the wager, they are most likely scams or can just stop your bets where they see fit. Note that the presence of such a limit doesn't necessarily prevent a casino from turning into a scam...

Actually most casinos don't have a limit on a wager, they have a limit on a maximum winnable amount by a player, which is usually up to 1% of casino bankroll (Kelly criterion). The maximum wager for a specific game is then determined according the odds for that game, so the winning cant reach over maximum winnable amount.

if you know the unhashed seed, you can just change your seed so that you will win every bet. Or you can just alter hi/lo and then win every bet.

I'll probably need to get in touch with Dooglus and see his opinion on this. He's pretty solid when it comes to figuring these things out and if he has time, should be able to see what's wrong.
