Do you USE your BTC?

Usually I do not touch my coins.
But recently I made a payment with crypto currency.
I did not use bitcoin directly, instead I transferred the bitcoin I wanted to use for that purchase into another cryptocurrency that has faster transaction times and lower fees.
It worked all really well and I got all my confirmations in time. But that was an exception with a lower amount.

Unfortunately I can not use Bitcoin to buy things offline. Because in my country shops and restaurants do not take bitcoin. I have to exchange it for a national currency.  So I rarely spend it. Only occasionally if I really want to buy something or if I have problems with paying bills.

The BTC appearance and the transaction speed of BTC are different. However, I also think that people wont use BTC for payment frequently. Because they wanna get profit from hodling it.

Same here, I'm not using my bitcoin on my everyday day needs unlike those other people out there who are spending their bitcoin unwisely. They don't care about having profits as long as they are getting what they want on bitcoin, I know it is not bad, but if we are going to think carefully, it is not worth it, wants are just for temporary, and needs are for lifetime, so if I'm going to spend my bitcoin, I'm always spending it on something I know that it is going to be worthy.

I use bitcoin as a tool to make money .

Yes off course I use my bitcoin because bitcoin is here for use and I use bitcoin in different things such as I pay all my bills and I buy my food and clothes also and from last six months’ I’m using bitcoin as a tuition fees and I it also work in restaurants and hotels so I’m taking full advantage from bitcoin and I’m sure everyone will use bitcoin.

No I am not using it because if you hold all of your coins you can actually make more money that you are spending. It is not worth to buy a game with bitcoins while you can wait and have more money.

You can buy after that a lot more games if you want.

I agree to that. That is what the gamers that using bitcoin should think and make that as their mindset. They should not use bitcoin to buy games or things in the games that they are playing because it is better for them to just wait for the price of bitcoin to go higher or just find another source of income to provide extra money for using it to buy games and their wants.

As everyone knows one of the major problems with Bitcoin economy is hoarding. The idea of this poll is to find out whether the lack of spending in the BTC economy is mainly due to the lack of acceptance of Bitcoin payments, or is it that people can actually buy a good deal of stuff that they need with BTC but choose not to.

Right now, I have no plans of using my bitcoins. I'll just wait for it to gain a lot of interest before I start spending. Maybe on Christmas, I'll be withdrawing some bitcoins and buy stuff for myself. I'd even invest on a better PC because I want to start mining some eths (if it's even possible) or mine alt coins and dump them.

Bitcoin is a store of value so ideally one does not cash-out unless it is greatly needed. However, these past few weeks, I have been tempted to cash-out my btc...so yeah I use it but not for liabilities instead for other investments.

Just like me i don't use my bitcoin i just save it and make a lot of money out of it. That is why i always try to get bitcoin and not spend it to make some money out of it.

Yes i do use my btc because i am still young and believe that even if i have a lot left after i am old what can i do with it i will not have enough time or energy so i would rather use it now while i have the time and energy for my money.

for me im using bitcoin to buy some stuff in online shop, but that online shop is dont receive bitcoin payment so i need to change my bitcoin into local money in my bank account after that i can buy that things with my money in my bank account hahaha

Nope, i am not using my bitcoin still but i am collecting bitcoin and holding them in my wallet for future because i am waiting for the high price of bitcoin as the rate is increasing with time so i will expecet very high rate in future so when rate cross some high limit then i can start using of some of bitcoins.

I started buying bitcoins just this july with my spare money. I'm still using fiat as a mode of payment for my monthly bills. Since they're still not accepting any cryptocurrency as payment i cannot use it. I'll just wait for them to adopt cryptocurrency payment system.

I don't use my bitcoins for purchasing anything. I am hodling bitcoins. I think most people try and save it up, instead of spend it.

I work with my bitcoin, I purchase in low cost and sitting tight for high cost to offer the measure of bitcoin I purchased change over it to fiat cash spare it in my bank balance and leave my profit in my bitcoin wallet and it will continue increase. I by doing so I am saving for my future and unborn children.

I try to purchase when prices are reduced and hodl long term. Hopefully prices will be much higher later on but I know that it is dangerous and there is no assure.

I do use my BTC but I am saving 15% of it for future use.  I rely on my earnings in crypto to support my family and I am really thankful that crypto environment provide me this kind of opportunity.  I use bitcoin by simply exchanging it or selling it on the third party processor and withdraw fiat money to buy my needs.
