Thanks Ajochems for the answer. That sounds great! What also would be of great interest is how technically this all works? How can the casinos use the CSC in their own system? The 2 systems must somehow be connected? How do you switch the coins from one to the other system that they use the same blockchain?

I appreciate the cheeap coins over at cryptopia nevertheless I wonder why people are still selling csc with a loss? Prices are near all time low and mining is not really profitable. What am I missing?

It wasn't me, .... just those miners that keep auto-selling their coins at whatever price. But i wouldn't mind get my order filled at 1000 sat although i doubt there is enough time for that

No you are dead wrong. There are roughly 2100 licensed gaming operations globally. Almost none of the regulated significantly large ones accept Bitcoin. This is for a number of reasons:

1. Bitcoins gambled at their sites may be able to be traceable back to illicit transactions.
2. Confirmations take to long. It does not enable impulse gambling.
3. Legit online operators are required to follow KYC/AML rules. Gambling commissions have been in the process of changing laws for the past two years to enable legit operators to start being able to accept crypto.
4. Bitcoin tx fees are on the rise.

So yes you can find plenty of small operators out there that take bitcoin. However, most of them are unlicensed and will come with the risk of them cheating you, running off with your BTC, etc etc etc

CSC has a very strong opportunity in the real $42b online gaming business. Bitcoin certainly hasn't conquered the industry.

For example yesterday I had to wait 12 hours for bitcoins to get to the exchange from wallet using default fee. No way btc suits for impulse gaming.

the spread is real wide and the market is incredibly thin. don't take much of the current trading seriously.

Whilst it is nice that someone bought more than 10,000 CSC, I never quite understand why people buy up the whole offer side of the book and spike the price, only for the price to crash down on the next automatic sale by a miner.  Surely, with a bit of patience and a nice bid slightly above the current bid, it is possible to buy up a good amount of coins over a few days.
