So many scams going around it's sad.  Who's to say the rest of the cryptcoin team isn't part of this scam and attious is the one who accepted to take the bullet.

 Agree 100% all one big scam by all the dev's involved in the coin.  They sold high and stocked up in the 30's Attious included and he takes the blame. The others dev's all preach how good there coin is and it will be better then ever. So people buy back in just to make all the dev's rich including Attious. Epic plan guys well executed !!!!

Too much behind the scenes manipulation going on. Last night, I spoke with "gudcrypt" (cryptcoin dev) on irc. He told me that he hadn't heard of any rumors about BTC-e picking the coin up. I was shocked, and wondered why a primary dev was out of the loop. Now I think they all have their own agendas. Can't advocate any trust for this now.

Actually, he was a mod in the chatroom. "gudcrypt" was in the original chatlogs we read that included Mindfox.

Gudcrypt knew about the btc-e conversations. He was also ordered not to leak the information to random users, such as yourself.

It was already leaked. We spoke last night, not last week. He claimed to not know anything about it. Even claimed not to have heard of the rumors.

The attacker never gained access to the dev email account, so I reset the password with an SMS message. Then I attempted the reset the pass on bitcointalk, but the email had been changed. So i asked the rogue guy in IRC if i could have the pass back, and surprisingly he gave it, but we are still locked out of the original github because of his 2FA.

Here is the email to github support and the emails we got when he attacked:

One of our members went rogue and took over our forum account and this github.

I still control the email so i changed the password.

i also connect to your server from the same IP as --------------------- github user.

They have added SSH keys and 2fa authentication to the account and I cannot recover it.
