Here is a Simple a analysis on Supercoin reasonable price after Anon wallet release

Until now, only Dark coin and XC coin has some Anon features

Darkcoin has a worked mixer but also some problem with their master node
XC coin has a test net mixer and do not worked Anon wallet yet, they will have a version2.0 two weeks later.
Vericoin do not have a Anon wallet, they only have a development plan
Supercoin has a Anon wallet on testnet.

Dark coin Current total supply   is 4.3 Million, the Price is 1.7 Million Satoshi/11$
XC   coin  Current total supply  is 5.5 Million, the Price is  130K Satoshi/0.84$
Vericoin Current total supply    is  26 Million, the Price is   15K Satoshi/0.1$
Supercoin Current total supply is  10 Million, the Price is   3K?Huh/0.018$???

personally i think we have done much work on Anon features than Vericoin

so the reasonable Supercoin price at least hit 15K*2.6=37.5K Satoshi
if we compared with XC coin, the reasonable price will hit 60K Satoshi.

now the Current Supercoin price is only 3K Satoshi.

so what are we waiting for???. Grin

Supercoin dev will be very happy seeing such community backup on this coin when he wakes up. Grin

I believe that the Dev should reward the faithful by stopping the POW immediately. That will SHOCK the market (while giving the supporters much needed confidence). This will kill "permanently" Polo's "False" claim immediately. It will also send this coin into an Orbit not seen since Darkcoin. Because our Anon actually works!

Let's stop the POW, Now, Dev!!  Grin

This event and the release of anon features on the other hand showed that we have very qualified dev team for SUPER. I am very confident on this coin. Remember that they also have plan for phase-2, for a completely peer-2-peer anon system, no one did it yet. With their qualification, I suspect SUPER will be the first coin to achieve this...

kind of sad of poloniex to cause this confusion, i fell for it

Poloniex must of been a bit upset about the fact that bittrex is getting all the new coins, lots of coins with high volume

some time ago i was hoping coins i mined/traded to go from bittrex to poloniex, now i dont even send them to poloniex even more when they get added there, i just keep em at bittrex.

I cant think of other reasons, and envy is enough reason for many people to try and cause confusion and destruction.

supercoindev on line now!

can i aks my BTC donation back in the Hacker event?

 Grin
busoni you are a honest guy, i like you.

hope you can handle this tough thing correctly.

thanks

Cheesy You actually can, I don't hold people to that.

It is pertinent that the coin was hard forked to change the maximum supply. We have not examined all the changes made, but this may strengthen the case for the MAX_MONEY issue being negligence rather than laying the foundation for a nefarious plan. Nevertheless, the variable could have been deliberately left unchanged for the same reasons, and in any case, it indicates sloppy coding that opens the coin up to, for example, a much larger double spend attack. We're going to look into this further, but an apology may be in order for not coming to dev privately first.

There is also the issue of the anon implementation proposed, which even by the dev's admission is highly vulnerable to "cheating." I would never list a coin that relied on the honesty of people operating a mixing pool. It would be trivial for them to steal coins and impossible to prove that they had done so.

I don't agree with you, these parameters are simply irrelevent. We did not miss them, we simply think there's no need. We welcome anyone to review our code, and we are happy to discuss with anyone. But blunders like this are not agreed. Your ignorance simply caused a lot unnecessary confusion. Should you contact us, we would have explained all to you.

Thanks everyone for helping and explaining the details.  As we said, we welcome anyone to review the code and find issues so we can improve.

I can ensure you that SUPER dev team is a very qualified team, we know what we are doing. We just delivered anon features (enabled only for testnet now), please test it and give us feedback and help us to fix issues. I saw a few tested and happy with it, we need more people to test. If you need testnet coins please PM me or supercointeam, and give us your testnet address, we will send to you.

As we previously mentioned, we are also working on the phase-2 algorithm now, and the progress is very promising. Together, we will make SUPER a lot more SUPER!

It is super that SUPER released anon feature. Though in testnet, I think the other two coins that have anon features (DRK, XC) are not in formal network either. I hope it will be with SUPER official network soon.

Anyone can inform me on the status of XC/DRK? I saw XC did some testnet tests a few weeks back, but I don't think it is in the formal XC network that you can perform this.

This is a report of my tests with anon wallet in testnet:

Anon feature in testnet working fine. The sent coin isplit into 2 or 3 parts (from the split amounts, looks random to me, maybe some special algorithms), sometimes no split for small amounts, then the receiving wallet get the sent amount, in a single value (original sent value), quite fast. I checked a few transactions, no pattern found, each time the address that sent the amount to receiving wallet is different, looks like randomly generated addresses.

Very cool, excellent job, devs!!!
