Yes it is two long periods when I don't write anything to Goat. First between 2012-09-14 to 2013-04-11. Second between 2013-04-11 to 2014-04-21.

I didn't know what to say to get my money back. Sometimes i forgot about it. But this is not forgotten. Goat should be honest and pay back my BTC.

Goat sees that you most likely are young and against his lawyer will never win anything, that is why he has been so stubborn on paying off any debt owed to you. I would seriously stop this conversation and present this to a top lawyer and tell him you'll give him 50% of whatever you win. If the top lawyer where you live doesn't take you seriously go to as many lawyers as possible. Someone will take your case I'm sure. You cannot do this alone.

If Gurrty would have been able to explain in a reasonable way why there was a debt owed it would have been repaid. However it seems that he does not want to talk this out and he wants to take a different path. Fine, let him do it.

1. If his investor didn't answer his question then he doesn't owe him the money that was lent to him.

2. Saying something the other party does't like automatically negates a contract.

Personally, I think that a partial repayment would be reasonable even if Goat can afford the whole thing. The contract says "best effort", and the money probably was really lost and not just pocketed by Goat. Goat was apparently investing almost entirely in Pirate or other funds investing in Pirate at the time.

Nope, goat was "investing" other people's bitcoins in pirate, and pocketing a fee. Regardless, if he wasted his own money with pirate too (which I doubt), that is not Gurrty's problem, no more than its Goat's problem how  Gurrty lost his entire fortune.

Anyway I have a suggestion for you. The list of VIP's that donated 50BTC to this forum reads almost like a "who's who" of bitcoin scammers. zhoutong, pirateat40, Graet,  imsaguy, TradeFortress, cryptoxchange..  Why dont you do your part, and refund Goat's 50BTC to Gurrty, and strip Goat of his VIP privileges?  At least it would be some small restitution to Gurrty,  it would show you do not want to be paid with stolen money and scammers can not buy protection from you with their stolen money, and if Goat wants to regain his VIP status, let him cough up the coins himself.

Gurrty doesn't respond to this inconceivable reply where suddenly, Goat no longer acknowledges any debt. After almost two years of no repayment, he decides to be more aggressive in his approach and speak of FBI and SEC. Suddenly, Goat feels "blackmailed" and severs contact.
