Theymos made it clear that he did not think 3740.35 was owed. Theymos also does not have all of the information so really it is moot anyway. He might think all or nothing is owed if he had all of the information.

I see no reason why I should talk about this any more at this time.

Not all of the PMs have been posted and not all of the communication was done over the forum.

A reasonable question was asked and it was ignored for a year until name calling and threats.

He was happy until that failed. Now he wants more btc than he even started out with. The bonds were trading at less than 1 btc at the time.

No. The debt was priced in BTC to make it easy to track. He could have taken BTC right away like everyone else but he wanted 1% a week plus principle. He traded his bonds that were worth something for a high risk play to get more. Keep in mind he did not trade his bonds for BTC but for BTC that was invested, and it was not guaranteed. Go read the final contract not just the draft you guys keep pulling up.

You guys are looking at one part of the contract but ignoring the other parts. I did exactly what the contract said and I did it because this is what he wanted. I ended up losing more money trying to make this asshole happy. Honestly fuck him. Years later he still is trying to get something that is not his.

This really is a worthless thread and you are all getting trolled by OP.

OP is just sad he did not take the BTC when he had a chance. I should have never taken his bonds, I had no obligation to do so.
