i am happy to announce there is going to be a solution to this. Gurrty will get back his fair valued "investment" as suggested by theymos. The first step is to find the value of the assets traded for the contract as theymos advised. Since theymos is GLBSE owner he is the best fit to advise how much the asset traded was worth.

We will wait for the owner of GLBSE, theymos, to respond before the arrangement of the payment.

theymos, please advise us on what your assets were worth at the time.

I do not care if OP is okay with it or not. theymos clearly is the one who makes the rules here. theymos after all confirmed  the PMs showing how deeply he is concerned with the issue.  Most free thinking people would need a warrant to do what theymos did. There clearly is no stopping theymos from resolving this, he has me by the balls. If I do not obey who knows what he will do.

Yes it did. Thank you. Some of us tried our best to deal with what theymos wanted us to do. It was my fault for doing what theymos asked me when he wanted me to work for GLBSE and sell pirate shares for him. This is very well documented and it is clear not only did he profit but theymos still holds GLBSE BTC. Some of the BTC is owed to either me or Grutty depending on who you ask.
