Nice work dev! My only suggestion would be to reduce the mining reward so not only to prevent pools from dumping a lot but also it would increase the demand and price. This would prolong pow phase past 5 months, but it would be better imo. Another suggestion would be to cut the total supply, maybe in half, but you have already said you will stick to the max supply of 25m. It might be worth a bit more though. Cheers.

Yea but with these rewards, the pools and miners are going to suppress and crush the price for months. There are 144,000 coins mined every day for the next 5 months, dont you think that is a bit too much? Its going to be a dump frenzy after every big release when the price rises.

Im not saying cut the supply, Im saying reducing the rewards. Miners can still mine, but they wont be getting nearly as much. For example instead of 144,000 mined per day for the next 5 months, he can do 14,000 mined per day for the next 5 years. This will not only prevent the pools and miners from dumping a bunch of coins at once, but it will also increase the demand and make it much more rare for a longer period. It will also help the price rise and be more stable, because let's face it with the current reward system, the price will never be stable above 2k. Yea it might see a pump above 2k, but it will be instantly dumped down because of the huge daily rewards. 144,000 coins/day might benefit the miners, but it will hurt the investors and it will surely hurt this coin.

it doesnt matter .. 100 coins per block is good. enough coins to go around is a good thing
if the coins is good value will be good no matter what
cutting reward kills miners+mining and then its worst.
DOGE had the highest value when the block reward was high. when block halved - price halved
its all about hype and what the coin offers

I don't agree to cut the total coins.  Changing mining rewards however I'm open to it but I don't know if it will make a difference.  However dev should focus and stick to current plan.  When all of those are implemented, let's see if adding new features lead to positive direction.

Just typing this too point out the stupidity about changing coins halfway during pow because the value dropped..
