Come on why spread that kind of FUD here against a small pool who's trying hard to provide a stable mining experience at 0% fees and succeeding very well at it I would say.
We are not a big pool due to the fork trouble with this coin at launch, and in the last couple hours the difficulty for Purecoin skyrocketed combined with a bit of bad luck for our miners which resulted in a gap of about 8 hours between two blocks. This is how PoW mining works and you should know that before coming here to create a false reputation for a pool...
Also, when a block was found(and several have been by now) you will end up getting paid according to the shares you submitted(which should be an extremely low amount with 58 khash though).
NicEMining always pays and always fix things if something goes wrong(which it did not here, everything is normal). I'm sorry we cannot always answer all support requests within 6 hours but frankly that seems a very short amount of time to start to panic and spread false information on a forum.
