you have to delete everything on purecoin folder in appdata do not delete wallet.dat and purecoin.conf and restart ur wallet

Yes.

I would go on the safe side and keep your wallet.dat and PureCoin.conf in your %appdata%\PureCoin folder and then start the daemon.  I wouldn't start it without the .conf file.
