Try this

If you want to be on the right fork resync you'r wallet , if you'r on windows delete those files form AppData\Roaming\PureCoin "peers.dat , blk0001.dat, txleveldb, database" dont delete wallet.dat  ,and use this purecoin.conf file

be patience  I had similar problem but now got over 60+ connection to network and wallets works normal.

try to remove nodes with under 6500 blocks from your connections list, that should speed up syncing significantly.

How do I know which nodes have under 6500 blocks?

Also, the wallet is synced now but it doesnt go higher than block 4352, with a total of 4351 (?!) blocks:
