I expected better.. 

May anyone think the money is going back to its best one day? If so, why?

XC is getting hung on a rusty nail.  Fighting to hold 125k.  I keep having to redraw my charts to keep up with the selloff, and support keeps falling.  Normally, I'd say it's a good time to buy.  Just not sure where the bottom is.  Two days ago I thought it wouldn't go below 200k.

Not sure what is going to happen.  It seems that every time the devs release something, the price goes down instead of up!  The FUD keeps going on and on.  I just now watched the rumour fly by again on polo trollbox that the "dev's credentials are in dispute".  I saw the rumour fly by that the anon was proven to not work at least 3x while typing this.

Sorry devs.  You are doing a tremendous job.  May I recommend if you are determined to die on the hill of anon, get the world's attention by raising your bounty to something BIG, like 10BTC.  Are you $6000 confident?  Then let coindesk know.  You might pay $6k just to advertise.  Why not put it into a huge bounty instead, and you might just get all the advertising you'll ever need for free!

So instead of lies flying by about the dev's creds, or the lie that chappy "proved the anon doesn't work", why not a "rumour" about a 10BTC bounty for the first person to prove it's not truly anon?

i think that there are 3 Options atm:

a) having faith that the good product will rise over time
b) announcing a big bounty Lasting over several days so that there is time to use this big bounty as an Advertising cryptoworld never has seen
c) well, cash out and leave it.

i prefer b) because a) only has worked former times when there was a "seller's market" but nowadays there is a "buyer's market". and because the buyers can decide between several nearly same Technologies every product Needs sth unique - and a huge bounty could be our something.

I have to agree.  Right now everyone and their brother are putting out PoS Anon coins which are getting hyped one after another and there needs to be something to set XC apart.
I've heard too many people say "it's about the long term" and while that is true in the Crypto world the long term is not as long as you think.  Also without the short term there is no long term.

It's up to the dev how he wants to use his coins. Has he stated on record he will spend his coins like that?

Since he's not a cut and paste dev and is actually coding this full time and would cost a lot of money to hire in the real world, I think it's completely acceptable for him to keep his premine coins as his profit and incentive to keep working hard. The promotion should fall on the community in my opinion, but if the dev wants to help then great.

We offer the big bounty when the system has been thoroughly tested! To do so now is premature and will backfire badly if a flaw or hole is found. Think about what it would do to the price if we advertise and shout out loudly that this coin cannot be cracked and then it gets cracked because the coin is still in early beta. Use your brains gentlemen.
