And that would have been fine but now there is another code review happening. How the hell does that relate to XChat? That's my point. If the sole focus is XChat, then XChat it is, but if you have time to take on another issue/product, then you have time to look into the issue I am having.
You don't get to decide Dan's priority list. Not saying I should have to. The priorities should be obvious. What's obvious is the number of people here who don't consider your view obvious. IMO code reviews are marketing gold for XC. And I'm the PR person, so my view counts in this respect. I was a big critic of the keycoin review but i have to agree here . if done carefully reviews can be beneficial. Keycoin wasn't gold but this time could be different. As suggested before I hope you look over it in case Dan writes it and tweek it from a PR point of view. Also as a passionate developer that Dan is its probably fun to look at other code . i understand that. in order to keep productivity up for your own project taking some off time for some brain candy is actually beneficial. Its a bout timing and execution from a PR pov

Yes, I think this suggestion is valuable. I'll put it to Dan. Thanks Hoertest.

Yes, pretty much all the crypto news sites are being contacted.
Basically the crypto world is finally realising that XC is not some marginal and shady project.
We've all known this for months - and for this our investments will be the most profitable - but it takes this long for the word to leak out.
What every bagholder needs to do is market the living daylights out of XC. Most people in this community have gone all in, and so it's essential that we get new people involved. If you can't put the price up by buying, put it up by raising awareness of XC's awesome tech! This is very true, making people aware of the coin is crucial to its adoption.. i did not know about it till i saw synechist post in my thread about the pros and cons of anon coins... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=718489.msg8117485#msg8117485It's good to know we're starting to have more of a presence outside this thread. I'm actually glad we've spent so much time staying under the radar while the platform improves but its definitely great to see more PR now.

Is it just me or was the move from 1000 pages to 1040 super quick? I don't care about the price, only the amount of thread pages per day.

if you can't see why someone in my position would be frustrated with extra time being devoted to outside projects, well, that just sucks.
And a code review is not for the sake of other projects. It's for XC. Like I said, it's marketing gold. This shows another reason hes doing it, but at the same time proves your point perfectly. https://twitter.com/CryptoPumpInfo/status/497538016676937728Also this is top post on http://uk.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/(upvote / comment)

Precisely. ^ Doing things like this only helps Dan's reputation within the community and in turn will prove rewarding for XC. Chess not checkers.

Organiser, this issue's relevance to XC has been settled. Please acknowledge this and stop repeating yourself.
I've followed your remarks on the Litecoin thread and am not enamoured of your approach.
I'd appreciate it if you'd not transplant it here.
I respectfully decline your offer. Have you seen the latest revelations? There's direct proof that Jasin first pumped up CACHE coin (which I believe there is a direct connection to XC) by offering not only ASICs for them (even though there's again, direct proof that he was lying about status of that project) and also solicited for investment in "shares" to his company. After pumping the price up, he proceeds to use a known puppet account to sell off lots of CACHE during the runup. This is ok with you? This is ethical?

Totally irrelevant stuff to XC deleted for trolling
Ya, so go chat about that in the Cache forum? Not here? This is the XC forum. I will be reporting you to moderator soon to get you banned. Totally off topic to our investment in this coin. I suggest you all do the same to this troll.

[snip]
Will you stop childishly spamming the topic. Your grievance with Jasin has been responded to already. And obviously, since it was posted publicly in the forums, Jasin made no secret that he would accept ASICs for cache. So I don't know why you declare it like you're some kind of super sleuth who's found a shocking revelation. Bye.

[Old-ish FUD] Turns out you were not even a customer of Jasin's ASIC project. And your allegations about Cache are neither substantiated here nor relevant to this thread. Substantiate them elsewhere and post a link here. In the meantime we'll continue to suspect your motives given you're not an affected party.
