The Pandacoin PND team never stops to impress me. It's fully devoted to the project, smart, extremely efficient, and very modest at the same time. Great things are getting done consistently and thoroughly. This adds a lot of additional strength to the inherently genius concept of this project.   

I'd like to encourage the entire PND community to show as much support to the devs as possible. 

This is becoming a very exciting journey!

It's clearly a ponzi (pndPONZI.org) and people with the most basic of common sense should know better than to play a ponzi. Those using the sites should know what they're getting into.

Just don't come running and crying about how "pndPONZI.org ate my money" or "Wahh wahhh waiting time is too long". We're definitely anti-scam coin but if people are willingly and KNOWINGLY participate in a fraudulent investment operation, it's wholly their own fault if they lose money. (if you win, grats!)

A scam is a way of cheating people out of money through dishonesty. The site pndponzi is makes clear the risks involved, and thus classifies as a gamble, not a scam. PND has always been about honesty, but it has never been against risk or gambling. Although I avoid gambling sites, some find them entertaining. I see no harm in this.

Who are the current Pandacoin (PND) Development Team members and what do they do?

The Pandacoin (PND) Development Team currently comprises of the following 12 members:

amDoge: Founder of Pandacoin (PND). Takes part in community management, public relations, marketing, web development, java development and coding/maintenance for the PND wallet.

Xfr: Our main coin and wallet developer who also operates and maintains the multipool. Currently works as a Java lecturer and can code in multiple languages.

Fuzhou: Software engineer with experience working for multi-national banks, database systems and security. Can code in multiple languages

Sakr: Senior Programmer with e-commerce, sys-admin and security/white hat hacking background. Can code in multiple languages

Riboflavin: Frontend and backend web developer. Currently works a web developer (html/css/js/jquery/PHP/SQL)

Bdanyo: Project coordination, PR and Marketing. Currently department head for a PR firm, managing a staff of 14

Brokencalculator: Business, executions and strategic consultant. Currently working for a large banking corporation, and his current position is to advise upper management on business direction

Chris_Sze: Our Chinese Marketer, Community Manager and Translator. He works in the China and develops the Chinese PND community on Weibo, QQ, and Bitcointalk. Currently is the general manager of a manufacturing firm in China.

Ozzke: Online digital marketing (SEO, SEA, SEM), community management and marketing. Currently operates his SEO/SEA/SEM business.

Linux_Mint_Pal: Specialist in public education. Assists in marketing and in community outreach to the mainstream public. Currently tutoring Physics before moving on to a PhD program in Optics, and specializes in synthesizing complex information to a medium that is simple and easily understood by the mainstream.

Brolong: Commerce development, PND4PND.com operator and our contact for our in-house lawyer based in New York. Also helps with Graphic design.

Foxxn: Marketer, graphics design and community outreach. Currently works for a U.S marketing firm.

I'm not sure how they would go about it though. Maybe a wallet with an integrated TOR client or something?

I've had a look at this and it shouldn't be too difficult actually. Problem is that TOR anonymizes your traffic but not the payments. So that you can run the client without anyone knowing that you are running it (your boss, your ISP, your gov't), but we still have a public ledger.
So we would actually need both for best safety: payment anonimity and use anonimity.
