All I get is nonce errors but I am specifying x13mod kernel in config for all 4 cards...please help...

Therefore, source was launched before binaries, leaving just enough time for source to be compiled before launch. This is a fair tradeoff, and it's no-one's fault if someone was able to compile source and get pool running in slightly under 5 minutes.
