When will people feel comfortable using BTC ?

I think now people has feel comfortable because now many people have bitcoin. And bitcoin now more populer than before.  But i think people  using bitcoin will feel more comfortable when the all of country in the world receive bitcoin as currency and legalize bitcoin.

Most bitcoin users are investors so they are not too concerned about at least the stores that receive bitcoin as payment. but for some
other users who use bitcoin for currency they are not too comfortable because of the expensive fee factor and limited place that accepted bitcoin

I do believe as soon as the regulations come and btc seems legally accepted by the major governments in the world people would get confidence and btc will be used comfortably in any case.

They are mostly close minded that they saw that bitcoin is a scam because they are depending and putting their basis to the events that is going on but they didn't do their research in order to clarify things so they are trapped in their own mindset that bitcoin is a complete scam because a lot of scammers are using it.

I agree with that, and if our elders will glad and ready to acquire higher technology which I highly doubt, not because I underestimate them but I think they see themselves as too old for something complicated for their age, if we can imagine paying usuing your cash is a lot easier than paying your bills using your phone, in this generation I see that the younger people are the one who can acquire Bitcoin for daily lives better.

People will feel comfortable about cryptocurrency when they use it casually because some are just scared about losing a huge amount of money so not everyone is trusting bitcoins at all.

problem is btc price right now,and lack of knowledge and store/shops accepting it.even if suppose in future many shop are going to accept btc but at that time i am sure btc price will be alot and no small holder will be using it casually to buy something,instead they will prefer to hold to gain more profit,but as new payment crypto card are there so they can ease the crypto payment use.

Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

When the government starts supporting cryptocurrencies then that time people will feel comfortable to make the use of it. Having the support of the government or making this thing legal will make us feel comfortable as well as reliable.

It would be more comfortable it all government around the globe supporting bitcoin.  Because when that happens,  of course,  strong security will be provided and more investments bitcoin will get.  Incase  that happened, I hope fees would be lessen.

Even Bitcoin is legalize in a certain country, I don't think it will be that comfortable if people don't really want to use it since there are a lot of FUDs and scams that is being  blamed on Bitcoin. In our country, there are a lot of networking and investments scams and they are pointing out on Bitcoin the reason they are being scammed and they are now saying that Bitcoin is a scam even though it is not.

I don't think it will be with bitcoin at all. There are hundreds of other coins that can show the best results on the speed of transactions, Bitcoin in this format is a little behind. Therefore, Bitcoin can be a source of multiplication of your Fiat money. But this model is not clear to me personally. Although may be it will replace the forks coin of bitcoin. ...

I think you will feel comfortable using bitcoin is when you know how to earn some coins with join some bounty project or when you do some investment and you get a massive results.

Right the comfortable feeling while using Btc same feelings that you know you invested the best in the town. Your comfortable because you know your secure in term of coin stability age. If you only knowledgeable the flow on how and when to invest in btc you will earn much bigger than your investments.  Bitcointalk.org furom will not be famous without the btc coins existence.

Even Bitcoin is legalize in a certain country, I don't think it will be that comfortable if people don't really want to use it since there are a lot of FUDs and scams that is being  blamed on Bitcoin. I think due to arising controversies, and negative news these draw people to lose interest, hesitation, and feel uncomfortable about bitcoin. But I'm still hopeful that the community will continue to prosper and grow eventually. It would take some time, I believe that people would feel comfortable if they learn how bitcoin works, its functionalities, acquire much knowledge, and with its wide adoption. Moreover, I think it's our readiness and willingness that can make us feel comfortable in joining Bitcoin.

May be never ever! I think everyone here is behind earning the profits from it and they want to be rich very quick from the crypto currency use. Thats what happening these days and people will never understand the real use of the crypto currency or the bitcoin itself. They dont wanna understand the crypto space and how it works or for what purpose it was made initially. I think everyday people are becoming more comfortable using BTC.   I have been holding BTC for awhile, but not really spending it.   Once I finally spent some on some purchases, I really found out how easy and convenient it is. 

We are at a time where we have become so desensitized to just volunteering personal information all over the internet, and it is super refreshing to be able to just send btc to an address, instead of basically signing your privacy away each time you make a purchase...

Now, even the most skeptical persons are thinking about buying Bitcoins and dealing with this cryptocurrency. They do understand that BTC brings many pros.

everyone has their own thinking. because our satisfaction is not necessarily friends feel satisfied. especially at this time btc less in trust by many people. because many people also consider btc is negative when in fact not like that
