When will people feel comfortable using BTC ?

When will people spend BTC as easily as fiat , not seeing it as an investment opportunity but a better currency for them to use ? Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

I don't really spend much of my Bitcoin , because I am always in fear.
I am not talking about cashing out , but for digital goods.

How do you spend 10 mBTC on a 5$ digital good when you believe that the same 10mBTC is worth atleast 15$ , probably more.
How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

People become comfortable using BTC if  number 1, BTC is always available anytime, number 2, High speed internet is free for all the people, number 3,also Gadget  like cellphone and Computer is Selling in affordable prices that avail even in a low class of living that's the main problem by the user so if those all I've mentioned are provided? people are to much comfortable.

For me i will feel confortable using bitcoin when the value is stable and mostly famous online store accepting bitcoin as their payment. Bitcoin is one of the most useful currencies later because it is so easy and efficient to use.

Even now, then Bitcoin is down, you can feel free to you it. For instance, you can invest BTC in the best ICOs. It does not matter how much Bitcoin will cost. You can also exchange it for any other altcoins.

I myself doesn't want to spend my bitcoin when the price was too low and would want to if it has a high value. People are depending on the price of bitcoin of when to use it. Really, there are so much to consider before bitcoin to be used as method of payment. Maybe it can be used when it came to a point the price of bitcoin became stable.

Its true it is better to use in investing in company unless in fiat you also need to buy crypto like eth or btc, it depend on company if they accepting fiat. So fore bitcoin is better to use in any transaction including investing.

In my opinion, people will feel comfortable using BTC if they  have enough knowledge on how to use it as currency, an asset and an investment, experience the benefits given by BTC and if it is fully accepted worldwide.

Those who are not feeling comfortable with the Bitcoin can surely stop investment or using the Bitcoin because their insufficient knowledge made them feel uncomfortable and is the main reason. Now as we know about people who were with low wealth are now millionaires and billionaires because they used the Bitcoin correctly. It is a much benefited way and we do not have to waste our times more.

With all the negative news circulating about bitcoin it will always be a hindrance to every users. But if we have to dig deeper in bitcoin and look into its benefits users will comfortably use it.

  Well it has volatile price it use to increase and decrease, most of time people think about volatile at the falling price, I think we should hold at the time of falling price, for me the it is good to see it falling as if it will keep on rising because more and more people are buying at the time of fall and sell at the time of rise, we should hold our coin at dip and sell at highest price, so this is an advantageous way of making profit, so just relax if the price is low soon it will be high.

I think the price fluctuations either way could be a big problem. Why would you spend money today when it could be worth a lot more tomorrow, and why would you spend money today if it's worth less than it was yesterday?

This is an important issues to note. Price fluctuations will surely make it difficult to use Bitcoin in our daily lives. It will be like that economy that is very unstable and has low value which causes prices to constantly decrease and increase in matter of seconds. I think for BTC to be used in our daily lives it has to gain more stability.

People will be only feeling comfortable about bitcoins if most of the government on the countries are going to legalize cryptocurrency, in this way the people will be comfortable about investing on cryptocurrency.
