This weekend, next weekend.. Makes no difference to me. I want it to be bulletproof when released so better to take time and get it right then launch with something buggy.
Absolute right  +1 Completely agree. Current price reflects assumption of working PoSa, I don't think we'll see a meteoric rise on successful launch (that will happen on release of positive news in respected crypto media and then eventually conventional media). The only thing that will hurt price and maybe even kill the coin is a release that doesn't work. Take as much time as you need. Keep expanding beta testing group until you are sure that scale-up will work as well as it currently does with a small number of users. I think the price does not reflect the assumption of working PoSA, otherwise it would be higher than dark, no? I think the price reflects the assumption that it may be working... but there is not a concrete proof... When a proof is made public, we will see a good increase for sure. Specially if cloak is the first ones to do it There is already plenty of proof from beta test videos and community members etc, I know I bought/continued to hold my coins because I assumed PoSA will be working and I am sure you do too. Dark never even released a working product and it got to where it is, so DRK is just a completely different situation, its all hype. |

I think people will expect a big rise when PoSA is released but of coarse it wont happen unless whales want to play with the market, if PoSA is already in beta testing its pretty 90%+ certain it will be released and working. I doubt there is anyone out there who is super paranoid about PoSA not working and holding out till it is released to buy. This is the exact reason why, block halfings and new feature releases almost always end in a dump, because ppl assume when x happens everyone will buy it, but it turns out everyone else knows what you know and also bought with the assumption that x happening will cause a price rise, by the time x happens everyone has already bought at an inflated price and are holding waiting for a rise and it never comes so the smart people who are still in profit dump and noobies get fuked over.
To summarize what you just said in a few words is: POSA is already priced in the markets. That might be correct but since there are so many shitcoins/scamcoins popping out claiming to have anon features and what not, people have learned not buy anything until they see the real thing. Market is currently sideways for days, everyone might think PoSA works but how it works and if its different or just using a coinjoin tech is what they are waiting for. People don't believe it until they see it, only the cloak community believe that PoSA is working but outside of it no one believes it yet until they see it working and fully functional with their own eyes. Its pretty much a waiting game now. |

Yea people dont forget..... TrollsRoyce/ CoolstoryTeller has alreadypaid 5BTC for a super powerful PR campaign. We are awaiting the drop of PoSA to release the PR KRAKEN hahaah. Not to mention there is a white Paper in the Mix if i heard right. This white paper will explain why our Annon implemented at the PoS level is far superior to any mixing annon and other traditional annons. This is all lined up to be released at the right times to cause maximum exposure... Remember all those pestering the dev to shove a product out... look at how theat ended for XC... Just trust in the system and DEVs.. Soon people will realize its time to come out of the DRK and throw on our Crypto CLOAK's

I'm impressed so far with Lazcoins interface. My Cloak deposit was picked up immediately after I hit send. It took about a minute to fully clear. Price entry field on the sell side could use a little work.. it seems that it isn't registering the mouse cursor at the desired decimal place. Everything else looks really good so far. I really like the tabbed markets concept! It makes it a lot easier to trade on multiple markets. Now for someone to buy my Cloak xD

Do u guys plan to do anything like a Cloak Docs? P2P encrypted file transmission is really important for privacy protection. And if Cloak platform could integrate a open source ftp client/server into its platform, it'll be a great plus.
With that, we could find a file server with the pub key of the owner and then login and download.
It's funny, we could send some coins to server and buy service. It's digital store!

Hey Chronic, If I remember correctly x11joe (OneMarket Dev) ann a week or so ago this would be included in the OneMarket update. It might be possible to see it as a standalone feature leading up to Onemarket. |

See you on the moon I agree with you that word of mouth will spread Cloak around; However, we'll still need a professional marketing effort to reach people beyond bitcointalk. The whole point of marketing is to spread awareness of a product to the target market. Our efforts will be targeting journalists, not just crypto users. Hiring a professional that is skilled in this area (media distribution) will only increase awareness and accelerate the word of mouth effect. |

New money has to come from somewhere, and if not marketing, then where? Doge got the whole community to donate for the Nascar thing, and then had to sell it all for fiat in order to actually follow through with the donation. Their whole model is based on deliberately weakening the coin by having charitable donations which dump a whole load of coins onto the market at once. Then again, it was created as a joke, not an investment. It has benefited the whole cryptocurrency community by bringing people into the fold who wouldn't have mined or spent fiat in getting involved, but got tipped on reddit and participated in mass give-aways. |

Naut is sponsoring a UFC fighter. Doesnt seem like it has been a success though, the price on naut is falling not rising. Longterm it could be a success though...for all alt coins...Introducing crypto to new markets. |
