hello, I have a problem with my wallet, I made the backup, and downloaded the new one. but from 4 hours keeps telling me out of sync, and I cloakcoin tells me that their stakes are

it seems that I'm everywhere but not on the right chain. I added the nodes that were mentioned in the first post and the nodes that were mentioned a few pages behind. I tried to start the sync from the beginning creating a new folder but then my coins in the wallet disappeared after i copied it to the %roaming%cloakcoin folder .... **weired**

What new folder? You mean the .conf file?

I removed the cloakcoin folder in the AppData/Roaming/ Directory. Of course I made a backup of it before deleting it. Then I started the new cloakcoin-qt and waited for sync. Then I copied my original wallet.dat into this "new" folder.

open the debug console and type repairwallet, your coins should come back if you are using the correct wallet.dat file

still cannot get on the correct fork. I have used every combo of addnodes posted, maxconnections=5, I keep getting close but at the last minute it goes from 8900 of 9500 blocks to 8500 of 8900 blocks. and I can never get the last 600 or so blocks because it will say up to daye once it gets the 8900th block

Ya it took me dozen times to get it to finally work.

If you don't have any coins in your wallet then go ahead and delete everything including your wallet if its empty if not you know the drill...backups...

Download the wallet again, open it and close it so it creates the folder in the %appdata% directory. I got these nodes from my wallet which is the right fork so give them a try. Create a .conf file and add these nodes:

open the wallet again and let it sync just leave it running bro, let it run for hours see what happens. It might show different block numbers at first but it should fix itself after a while.

used this conf on a fresh wallet. moved my original wallet.dat to a safe location and started a new one from scratch with that conf. Successfully downloaded the correct blockchain. Deleted my new wallet.dat file and replaced it with the one from my original wallet and opened it back up. Opened the debug window and repiarwallet found my coins. Thanks for everyones help tonight!

Basically has alot of volume and there is only one exchange.

it looks like your wallet is on the wrong fork. it is not showing up in blockchain.
1   Download the new wallet again, then download this conf:

2    delete everything in your cloakcoin appdata folder EXCEPT WALLET.BAT!!!   move this to a safe location, you WILL need it later.
3   make a new text doc and name it cloakcoin.conf in your appdata/cloakcoin folder and paste the conf above into the notepad and save it.
4   open your new wallet and let it download the entire blockchain.
5   once this is complete, close wallet and delete the new wallet.dat file and replace it with the original one from step 2
6   open your wallet again and go to help, debug console and type repairwallet.

That should be it!

And after that it shows "No servers were found to get the work from"
