Historically, Cloak has steadily increased... The new high to 340k+ was induced panic buying.
By all means nothing goes straight up, but we need to form a solid base before moving up to the next leg... Right now we're trying to establish that base...
Still smell a bear trap coming...

PoSA tx when final public version is released, has some advanced features to allow those "extra paranoid users"  a way to raise and lower certain key parameters.
For example.
Bob wants to send 1000 Cloak to Alice but is concerned that despite the fact it cannot be traced directly from A to B it can still be "speculatively" followed with blockchain analysis because it is a large amount.
Bob can choose how many nodes he wishes to split his 1000 cloak, could be 10 could be 15, PoSA does a check to see if the balance is available in these nodes before the tx is permitted and can randomly split accordingly. He can also, if desired, select the amount of blocks he wishes to split the tx out. The higher the values he inputs the more spread out the tx becomes.
For everyday smaller amount this type of advance selecting would not be necessary.
However, for a VERY LARGE tx of say 100K Cloak. An ideal scenario would be to input even higher inputs to the parameters allowing it to take a longer time and being split over many more nodes and blocks. Great feature. |

I am assuming he is referring to Cloak dropping in value any minute? Edited to add: Definition of 'Bear Trap'A false signal that the rising trend of a stock or index has reversed when it has not. A bear trap prompts traders to place shorts on the stock or index, since they expect the underlying to decline in value. Instead of declining further, the investment stays flat, or slightly recovers. |

What I meant was yesterday the panic rise and dump was a bear trap. Whomever sold, outside of the whale, lost their ass. If they bought back in, good for them, but if they dumped, logged off and checked the price this morning, they are kicking themselves... Dude, I'm proving my point I called a bear trap yesterday. There were so many comments saying it was a bull trap. |

A bear trap can only occur when an asset is RISING and TA indicates a reversal is coming. The bear shorts in anticipation of the reversal. When the reversal doesn't occur that was the "trap".

The trend is upwards. There will ofcourse be little sell offs after each 10 or 20% increase in price but day on day the price will be up - at least for the next few days. Too many people waiting to buy off the book when it drops down around 250,000. Smart buyers who actually want coins (as opposed to bolstering a buy book) dont place a buy order, they wait for a pair of weak hands to think no one is buying anymore and place a low ball sell order - then they pounce and eat it in one bite. You can see that happening right now with orders below 260,000. Look for the signs and you will realise that Cloak is about as safe a bet as you can make in the Crypto world right now.
The revealing of Cloakpal later today will also cause a rally - don't be the one buying after the news hits, have all the cloak you wish to hold before the big buys come in. We've seen some 10+ BTC buys in the last 6 hours - there will be more in the coming 6.
Whoever puked those coins on mintpal next time invite me to the party, I'll buy them. 150? Wow. Did you get scared? That's not holding with conviction. Good luck buying those back. and for all you shills, quit being so annoying. Nobody likes the annoying people and you've already dug yourselves a hole. Did anyone notice the increase in wallets showing balances after the dump? 300+ more wallets came online with a balance...

DRK coin whale dumps a ton of coins and brings the DRk price lower as panic sets in, then he starts feeding on Cloak, running the price up, building confidence then dumps cloak at a profit, bringing the price down, then buys more DRK at low prices pumping DRK price back up. Whale makes money on both DRK and CLOAK....lather, rinse, repeat. |

These are the kinds of metrics that are really interesting. I'm watching the network staking weight pretty close. I can't imagine that it going up wouldn't be a positive sign. |
