Is block explorer down? I cannot get a transaction through.
It is not down at the moment but there are some issues with it. We are trying to resolve this by transferring it to nginx instead of using python web server. Cool, just wanted to know, got a transaction stuck for some hours. That should not happen. Is the transaction to/from the exchange? It is from pool to exchange. Last transactions went fast as thunder, this one still appears as unspent on block explorer. MIN - Unspent Could you contact the exchange about this? If you see transaction in blockexplorer it means that it went through.

minerals multipool.. - coins should be secret? - will be more coins added? - will be more algos added? - eu and other stratums?
More coins and other algos will be added in the future. Other stratums - possibly, but for now we will run it on a single stratum. I didn't understand the question about secrecy, what do you have in mind? Secret coin means that you are mining some X11 coin that by some proprietary algorithms you found to be most profitable right now. And you do not know others to find out that you have already found out that this coin is profitable since when they start mining it it won't be profitable anymore. That's why you are mining whatever you think is most profitable for your multipool users and the only thing given out as information is the profitability per Mh/s. We were not thinking of making coins secret as usually the most profitable coins are the new launches which now everybody jumps on them.

My idea about multipool was that we need to support the coin after PoW phase ends and generate people's interest more and more then. Right now the people mining the coin are supporters only. I personally do not like the idea that some douche with 4GH will mine the multipool, then will buy minerals (which is good, don't get me wrong), the price of minerals will go up, which will lead to more people to jump on the most profitable coin right now which is MIN. They will mine the coin while it is profitable, the hashrate will increase and supporters will get less and less coins while dumpers will get their share and then dump the coin on the market decreasing its value once again right after the multipool has risen it.
That's why I don't see any reason to have a multipool right now when we have the PoW running and only the true believers mining it to attract dumpers. In 3 days when the PoW ends and the multipool starts, then the price will be regulated by supply and demand and not by mine and dump scheme.

+1 Tdenchev is absolutely right about it. Multipool should be used after POW phase and not during. Makes no sense this way.

Without multipool the price will continue to fall

Ok, we can have a vote on this. We can shutdown the multipool now and wait until the end of POW. The reason we were pushing for it now is because some people were saying that it is not profitable to mine.

The reason we were pushing for it now is because some people were saying that it is not profitable to mine. With difficulty well under 100 it is more than profitable to mine even if you do not get the value in BTC than you would with some brand spankin' new shitcoin. The mere fact that you brought multipool (even with basic functionality - two coins, one algo) is admirable enough and speaks for your actions and your commitment to this coin and the community. I've seen coins where months pass by and people are still talking are we having or are we not a freaking multipool when the coin is already in coma. So having the pool ready is just great and I guess when it kicks in after PoW we will acquire more interest (especially the big exchange + multipool combo)

Not sure what's the problem with the multipool? Why do I care if some GH/s farms will buy MIN? It will only drive the price up which will increases the numbers of miners involved with the coin and IMO in the long will help stabilizing it. More people involved the more stable it is. Wasn't it the idea with this coin to begin with? Spread the coin as much as possible by limiting the hash per account allowing more people to have more coins?
More so because they gotta mine using one of MINs own pool and not some random shit dedicated pool.

Those guys should forget about fast earning.. this is pump and dump behaviour..

i don't really agree with you because the ones that are really interested and supporting this coin are already here . The GH/s whale(s) can only really quickly pump and dump which will hurt even more the coin. The idea with limit was really great and working as far i can see. Therefore i vote for shutdown by the end of PoW
