I'm not much of a writer, but I would feel that in this case the run-on sentences alone are going to give people a bad impression.

They will ban you pretty fast. TL community is pretty strict and since it's one of the biggest (if not the biggest?) SC2 community out there I'd suggest you keep the peace.

I'm not an native-speaker and the problem I face is that very long sentences are common in Dutch, while they might indeed sound strange in English. Having studied Japanese at uni doesn't really help either. If you don't pay attention to grammatical constructs or certain suffixes, you understand completely different in sentences covering multiple lines with little punctuation.

I'll read it again and rewrite the odd parts. I wrote it during a 15 minutes break at the office, so its not a literary piece of art :')
And in all honesty, I'm not much of a writer either: I gave up on several blogs in the past after 2 or 3 entries.

I fell in love with Japan the instant I set foot on its ground for the first time. In the past I did watch some anime, but that's not a valid reason to spend money on studying it. But most of the countries and cultures in the East attract me. I never to a plane over the Atlantic to have a look over there.
