Nice Smiley, still any news on the max cap for the IPO?

Correct me if I am wrong.

Now I think I am getting the point. The distribution of the coin will be according to "on first come first served basis".So Early adapters will receive more coin .So the cap of the IPO according to its distribution will be reduced day by day but maximum amount of investment for more coins will be increased day by day.

Nice to see the project is more likely to be real. Keep working hard and you'll get what you want.

126801937.029 ? 126 mil Crypti ?

Do these numbers take into account the 200ish BTC that has been spent on BTER?

No, it's mistake in formula, i'm fixing now. Bter will be added soon, when they provide API.

Bought some Smiley

Devs needs to set a cap
Then after the cap is reached make the crypti token tradable via bter
Then Coinmarketcap using the crypti token data for more exposure prelaunch like NEM.

Basically informative. wrt to dilution worry.

It seems to me that if there is a high pre-sale amount of BTC then Crypti could have a soft cap, say of 750 BTC, and every thing over that cap could be put back onto BTER as buy orders, say in blocks of 1000 (or whatever a good BTC round price would be) increasing buy price say 100 sat for each block.

This would provide buy support for the currency and raise the price at the same time, also adding buy pressure because people on BTER will see the GREEN up arrow and take a look and possible grab some.

The CRY bought could be added to the foundations balance for future investment in the coin.

* PHASE 3: WAITING PERIOD

• After the initial coin distribution, there will be a 7 day waiting period. During this time the Crypti coin distribution can be checked and possible complaints can be filed.
I will NOT check each and every Crypti account to see whether this account received the correct amount of Crypti coins. Instead, I will use an automated tool provided by the Crypti team to get an overall look on the Crypti coin distribution. This tool is located here: http://crypti.me:11050/
• Should an investor feel that his account received the wrong amount of Crypti coins or no Crypti coins at all then he will need to contact the Crypti team as well as me.
• In case of disputes I will refer to the above distribution scheme.

Basically, you will trust a party that you were not supposed to trust? Unless you yourself look into each account how exactly will you be able to decide about anything? You are
not the one who is in control of Crypti coins so what happens if I received less or no coins but you afterwards "refer to the above distribution scheme", I'll end up without both
part of or all Crypti and all BTC?

Other than that, how will you know what is my Crypti account? As far as I can see, the only place where I'm supposed to reveal it is Crypti website and only when reedeming my
coins. So, I use one Crypti address to reedem coins and give you some other one (0 coins there) or Crypti team starts claiming I reedemed coins to address they actualy control,
how will you decide who is right? Since you don't control Crypti coins, if you trust Crypti team on the matter I might end up without both Crypti and BTC. If you trust me then it
is Crypti team that might end up without both Crypti and BTC.

The only way to do it properly is if you redeem Crypti coins or Crypti team send them to you and then you distribute them to us. In any other case either them or I can cheat
and you'd have no way to know who is cheating.

I suggest to others to make sure it is Bter who distributes Crypti coins after IPO is over, if instead you are supposed to do it over Crypti website then it is a major red flag!

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

Investors can and should check their Crypti balance on their own. If you (after 7 days) don't file a complaint then I can safely assume that you are happy with the amount of Crypti coins you received.
But if you file a complaint I will take a close look at your balance and see if there's anything wrong. If you did not receive the correct amount of Crypti coins then I will try to find a solution in consultation with you and the Crypti team, possibly refunding your BTC if there's no other way.

Other than that, how will you know what is my Crypti account? As far as I can see, the only place where I'm supposed to reveal it is Crypti website and only when reedeming my

I don't have to trust anyone here, I just have to take a look at the signed messages. The only person who's able to sign a message with the sending BTC address is the person who has the private key. So only you are able to sign a message with your sending BTC address. In case of a dispute I will ask the Crypti team to provide the signed message (containing the Crypti account you gave them). They won't be able to forge this message because they don't have the private key of your address. So there's no doubt about the Crypti account number you sent them.

1. I send you BTC using address for which I have a private key
2. I sign message by Crypti team using private key and reedem Crypti coins to address X
3. I complain to you that I have not received my Crypti coins to address Y

1. I send you BTC using address for which I have a private key
2. I sign message by Crypti team using private key and reedem Crypti coins to address X
3. Crypti team instead reedem coins to address Z

In above cases, you have no way to prove that either me or Crypti team cheated.

"The online issuance system will match your signature against your sending BTC address. Once matched successfully, the system will ask for your Crypti address, so it can
issue the Crypti coins.
"

https://github.com/crypti/crypti-docs/blob/master/presale.md

They would need to ask for my Crypti address before I sign a message so that message I'll sign contains address in question.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

Just what? How do you do step 2?

1. You sign a message using your donation BTC address's PK that contains your Crypti address.
2. Crypti confirms the signature and sends CRY to that address
3. The Crypti is sent to that address
4. It is provable in the Crypti blockchain.

Let's say you signed a message "X". The Crypti team will have a copy of your signed message and can send this to me. This will be proof for me that you claimed "X".
You won't be able to trick me into believing "Y" because there's a signed message that says "X" and the only one who could sign this is you. So it's clear that you signed "X".

1. I send you BTC using address for which I have a private key
2. I sign message by Crypti team using private key and reedem Crypti coins to address X
3. Crypti team instead reedem coins to address Z

If the Crypti team reedemed Crypti coins to account Z then I can ask them to show me a signed message that says "Z". Again, they won't be able to provide this message because you are the only one who could sign this.

In above cases, you have no way to prove that either me or Crypti team cheated.

As explained above, I do have a way to determine which one has cheated.

That is not like it is supposed to work, check my post you quoted.

Yes, I see what you are saying:

Quote
Step three

Once the pre-sale is over, browse to the online issuance system at http://crypti.me/issue (will be online towards the pre-sale end) and copy the confirmation message posted there. Sign the message with the address you used to send BTC (for example: http://imgur.com/a/nUmZ0), and copy & paste the signature to the online issuance system.

The online issuance system will match your signature against your sending BTC address. Once matched successfully, the system will ask for your Crypti address, so it can issue the Crypti coins.

Yes, that's borked. Unless the second bolded statement there is also signed with your PK. They don't say it should be.

The whole "sign a confirmation step" isn't needed OR it is in that message that you also must provide your CRY address.
