Geez, so we can expect mega dump (just when initial price will be set by free market) after coins will be distributed?

this might be the most useless comment i've ever seen.  if you think a dump is coming, then buy after the dump.  or just stay away from this coin and spend your time being constructive elsewhere.

Your comment is so usefull istead.

Important update

Bter has updated the buy order to match the 750 BTC cap.

Also, as we have passed 500 BTC, the entire 85% of Crypti will be distributed to the community.
Thanks again for your support!

Just remember that it's not set in stone yet.  Since refunds are possible, investors could leave if they don't like the project's development in the interim.

Right, say you just spent 1 BTC on Crypti and you get 100k or so coins. Are you going to sell them below the price you just paid?

I didn't mean that. Sure thing is that the initial price will be set by the people after coins will be distributed to the early adopters/buyers. It will be bigger than they paid of course. What I meant is that there might occur a panic sell after this 'initial price' it will start lower.
I am talking about it because I have already seen things like this. I was an early investor of Curecoin and now the price of Cure is a bit lower than initial investors paid for it. This is only one example. I hope it will not happen to Crypti but there is so big rush with current buys that it looks like it can cause same dynamic of sells short time after coin will be launched.

yes this might happen.  but why invest in the coin if you dont intend to hold it long term?  don't worry about what happens in the first days, weeks, or months.

Since Crypti is so promising: great team, new source 2nd gen, 750 btc development and marketing fund, I don't think anybody would sell coins at the price that make Crypi market cap lower than 5000 btc. If there are 100M coins exist it means 0,00005 btc per coin.

People have different attitudes due to investing and trading Wink Not everyone wants to be long holder. Many will not have such a patience when see that price is lowering (I am not saying it will happen shortly after launch, it just can). Everything depends from devs of the coin and building 'n holding the momentum.

Also depends on how many dumbasses will be dumping large amounts on exchages instead of selling directly through the forum.

Quick question, when will the ledger be back up? I heard BTER is supposed to provide the API today.

for folks that just want to do a quick IPO flip, there are new shitcoins every day that can do the trick.

at least Crypti is trying to innovate a bit.

INVEST in this coin, don't take a dump on it, please.

It totally depends, curecoin was a clone of bitcoin essentially. the majority of Clone coins that hold IPO's see a reduction in price below the original IPO value, some good ones manage to rise back up and above this.

But when it comes to coins like NXT , Qora , even NXT clones. things that are newer or 100% new and unique for the most part, they rarely see a drop in price lower than the original IPO price

Yep but these folks never listen to anyone, they just think about a pure math and fast return. There is no one that can stop it. The coin has to defend itself by further development, active devs and supporting community Smiley Another way they will win.

Indeed, the ledger is ready, we are just waiting for Bter to provide us with the API extension.

Less then 250, we asked Bter to update the buy order, with a presentation that will be easier to understand .

I also think so, already invested in Crypti too. I just share my own doubts and possible scenarios to awake the discussion. I am not attacking the coin Smiley

Ok, thanks. Still some time to buy then. Lets say the 250 BTC gets bought this week, would the market then open next week?

I have a request in right now to figure out the numbers and clarify where we are at. I am not 100% sure how they calculated the amount they left up for sale. I will let you all know as soon as I do!
