The "pre-coins" have been distributed two days ago. The actual coins wont be in your account until Aug 10 or 11. Bter is trading "pre-coins" in actuality. Since there is still an opportunity for refund until Aug 10, it is possible for a holder of these "pre-coins" to sell them and then get a refund of the original BTC invested in CRShares. This will be profitable for the original investor IF THE PRICE OF XCR falls below the IPO price. Or IF THE PRICE CLIMBS DRAMATICALLY, the original investor could then demand more BTC or he will refund his CRShares and the second buyer will lose the pre-coins. Refunds will negate the sale of the pre-coins, and any subsequent sales. So watch out Notice that you have a balance still in CRShares and XCR? You can trade the pre-coins, but you run the risk of a purchase being reversed if the price drops or blackmailed into additional BTC if the price rises too much. This can't be right, can it? How can they put up pre-coins for sale, auction style, then still allow refunds? That doesn't make any sense.

Even though you say there was 30BTC more some of my deposit was already "released".
1 0.1065215 0.01388% 11796.85988741 16/07/2014 02:33:20 25%
This is why i am pissed of. Any more refunds and mine would get filled.
Why has the ledger changed since it was posted 2 days ago? I saw this before now i dont. 1 1 0.00000% 0.00000000 16/07/2014 02:33:20 25% Seems like Bter and Dev's have used July 20th Ledger?

Yep. But I believe he is saying people can still request a refund of their original IPO purchase up until the 10th, even though trading has started on the 'pre-coins'? I assumed all returns/refunds would be over as soon as any form of trading started?

The ability to refund CRSALE or XCR will not be available from this point on. As of now, everyone must wait until the announced date / time of the launch of trading in order to sell their XCR (or buy more).

Please note that refunds are disabled since the early-trading announcement on Monday, and now that XRC tokens have been distributed, the CRSALE will be removed by Bter.

From Bter: Refund option: * First 20 days without any penalty (people can cancel their buys freely) * Starting the 21 day, the refund will linearly lower 10% per day. Meaning on 21 day the buyers will get 90% of their funds, 22 day will be 80% and so on * The non-refunded % will naturally be converted into Crypti as well (meaning there won't be actually any loss) https://bter.com/article/1752

So if I have credit in the Crypti Pre-sale (CRSALE) and not in Crypti (XCR) does that mean that I didn't get in on time?

Check the ledger. If you were too late, it should all be listed as over the cap.

Check the ledger. If you were too late, it should all be listed as over the cap. All of the .2 BTC orders went through and weren't over the cap, so I should be fine... Why haven't I been credited with XCR then? Has everyone else, or did I read a previous post wrong about this?

Please PM me and crypti with you Bter ID; also contact Bter and show them a screenshot of ledger account pop-up box (appears after you enter your Bter id in the search box on the top right).

We are working on several strategic partnerships at the moment, and will post an official update once they mature. The current focus is launching a stable technology platform, and providing an easy to use documentation for partners and integrators.
