Bitcoin will never be altcoin even with 1% market share. I expect NEM takes it over in time but before that ETH will be #1 for short time as it's totally over-hyped now. nobody is dethroning BTC. its light years ahead of all alt coins combined in terms of acceptance and popularity. and i agree even with 1% market share BTC will never be an altcoin similar to what they were saying about Myspace no one will dethrone myspace oops |

Nem market keeps increasing so there is a possibility of a chance that NEM can easily reach the market of BTC in future. Right now many people and even dev team are working on the project which makes more reputable in the market. |

withdrawal fees from polo are not in XEM's control. i talk about xem wallet. plz decrease fees from xem wallet, i was withdrew from my wallet one time. there was charge me 1 or 2 Xem. Xem is a good coin and growing. so plz think about low fees. investors will be happy. thank you |

Actually, if we exclude heavily premined coins (ripple, etc) from coinmarketcap, BTC dominance will be more than 60%. |

In any case, lot of people here predicted massive increase after (according to) Consensus 2017, but nothing happened till now, in fact.
Reason is in the rear view mirror. There are no fundamentals anywhere. It's pure pumpageddon. As far as I know NEM weren't at Consensus to make any dramatic announcements, just to hang out. |

May 22 - 24. There is still one more day to go, NY time is around midday now, so I guess it won't be properly over until a few more hours. |

My understanding is that NEM itself will not be making any announcements at Consensus 2017 but rather Mijin is the one announcing themselves and their partnership with NEM to the European/American markets. So still good exposure for NEM as a whole but l do not believe we will see any official announcement from the NEM dev team as of right now.
Although, I think it would make sense for NEM to ride the coat tails of any Mijin announcement and piggy back an update of their own to increase reach but we will see how it all plays out.
