Dead project, the price is going down day by day I don't remember the exact price, but I got out in early 2018 and was ridiculed. Just got tired of waiting for Catapult, and seeing all the money being spent on global travel, trinkets, but no additional money to build out the dev team... and when Lon and Jeff called it quits, I knew it was time to bail out. No regrets.

NEM is getting dumped hard. I expect it to crash out of top 50 soon. Target 0.015-0.02$ and around 250-350 sat.

What a complete and utter non article. It reads like a bot puked it out in 2016. I don't remember the exact price, but I got out in early 2018 and was ridiculed. I doubt Lon has any regrets either. The previous administration squandered whatever opportunities they had. The new one has this year to pull it back. If they don't then the fun may be over for good. I retain an open mind. The main problem is that even if they fulfil all the technical and structural demands, how do you make everyone else give a shit? It's never managed sustained interest or visibility. It's going to need to fire a rocket up every arse and I'm not sure how that can be done. I guess the prospect of a whole new set up is the strongest possibility. It's also the final one.

The last ATH wasn't fueled by fundamentals or how well the foundation was managed. It was based on speculation and fomo, plus a bit of pumping from the WeChat rumor. The whole of the crypto market was pumped during that time on the back of the BTC highs and additional liquidity from selling off of free forked BCH. When the whole market has large price rises in the future, NEM will also rise along with the other alts.
Any technical enhancements and Catapult release will be a bonus.

Dead project, the price is going down day by day Does your 49 characters long post qualify to be counted for your signature campaign? Just wondering because the content of your post does not have any valuable contribution to the discussion except showing that you know nothing about the NEM project and its recent developments. Dead coin: There is no real development lately and there is only some news wich nobody can confirm exactly Price is going down day by day: https://poloniex.com/exchange#btc_xem yes it does Does your 49 characters long post qualify to be counted for your signature campaign? I have signature, you have signature and he has signature. I dont see problem in that People voted to give Foundation more money and we only got some promises about Catapult who already running late for how many

You are correct. But it would be nice to see some actual signs of genuine interest. Look at how much chatter goes on with other coins in comparison, even in the doldrums. It just has not captured any imaginations. Like I said before I think that's down to it being closed source. Hopefully the C word will be the catalyst. People voted to give Foundation more money and we only got some promises about Catapult who already running late for how many Give it a few months before declaring anything. They've had to start from scratch pretty much. If by Q3 nothing has been delivered then yes it's been a bust. And I find this needling about money thing really fucking bizarre. The money was allocated to the project at the beginning and there are a few guardians who have control of it. It's entirely between the foundation and those who control the funds. No one is losing out. No one is paying anything. I see all these weird demands to see salaries. What business is it of theirs?

"development" ? What do you mean by development? In my opinion NEM has already such benefits, which beat many other coins, even BTC. E.g. NEM network does not require so much energy. Also PoI has been a step towards more equal harvesting/forging/"mining". I have seen that, coz I have been there (means Ser TESTALOT )

Small tech update Part of our technology department focuses on #sig-api and has been working on supported SDKs (TS/JS & soon-to-be Java) with the focus on improving Catapult usability for client implementations. With many bugfixes/feature addons in the TS/JS SDK during the month of April, the nem2-sdk 5 NPM package 1 is now at version 0.11.5 with only few missing features. The Java SDK has progressed in its cow-compatibility upgrade as well and we are looking forward for more contributions and a soon-to-come version upgrade :+1: With regards to #sig-client, we have been working on multiple NIP definitions and reference implementations, with following excerpt: NIP-6: Multi-Account Hierarchy for Deterministic Wallets 4: HD Wallets NIP with reference/proposal implementation at: evias/nem2-hd-wallets 2. NIP-7: QR Library Standard Definition 3: QR Library Standard Definition NIP with reference/proposal implementation at: AnthonyLaw/nem2-qr-library 3. Metadata discussions: https://github.com/nemtech/NIP/issues/8 9. Another part of the technology department of the foundation focuses on #sig-docs, that is where our beautiful NEM Developer Center originates and David and his team have been progressing a lot in the month of April with newly written guides and integrating contributions from the community as well! We encourage the community to take part in NIP definitions and discussions and are looking forward to any feedback about our work and our efforts about transparency. Feel free to discuss and help review our work!

Sure; question is, how "widespread-capable" this bonus will be (if any). We're for more than a month on #22 position, now we're slowly falling into #23 position on CMC. Lot of people mentioned that "there are a lot of crapcoins and doesn't matter about the CMC position". I partly agree - surely there are several crapcoins (coins with much less technical potential) in front of us. But - unfortunately - I think that for the "widespread" really matters, how high or low we're on the charts. Let's see all these Cointelegraph & so articles - if they elaborate and publish some articles or charts about the coins, they focused usually about TOP10 coins, TOP20 at maximum. Which means that we're out of radar now. Sad and ufair? Probably yeah, but that's how the real life goes. And I'm afraid if we'll not back in TOP20 soon, we'll fall into serious troubles, no matter how big and great will be Catapult (or any other part of NEM ecosystem) update. Let's see the history with NXT. I strongly hope that we'll not repeat the same scenario. And yes, despite of these hard and unclear times, I'm still hodling...

Any news about the silver coins for the original stakeholder?
I would say, give us 2/3 in XEM and the rest is for supporting the project.

The last time the NEM BTC price was this low was around March 2017 just before the first ATH two months later in May 2017 to 11000+ Satoshis.

Team members only post here very, very occasionally. They've effectively left and migrated to here - https://forum.nem.io so that's the place to ask. Are they active in telegram? I want to get answer about this partnership and this issue. As seems this project turned into a shit, and no news from them or Nem about this collaboration...
