It does appear that way. I wonder how they are pulling that off....there's already 76 Million in circulation. That means mining will take a huge hit.

I believe it was already set up for 106 million coins and the dev planned to fork it to 420 million but now decided not too, hence no fork required now.

I have to give this coin a lot of credit...It is moving up the satoshi meter, it is holding strong in the face of a peak 125 BTC sell pressure spike. This was due to todays 100% single day gain spike. Profit takers are still there. The sell orders totaling 50 BTC currently. Buy orders are needed to keep the coin at the 2k to 2.5k sat range. They are coming in and the weak hands are getting out after taking their profit. More importantly no whales are getting out. No huge dumps is really good sign. Go $CANN

Yep, I had a few sell orders sitting around 2,500 but pulled them all yesterday as  CANN is just looking too strong.
