This infos needs to be in the FAQ, detailing how to get and link addresses. Also, Instant Payouts maybe another FAQ addition.

For Bitcoin to be a true global currency the value of BTC needs always to rise. If BTC became the global currency & money supply = 100 Trillion then ⊅1.00 BTC = $4,761,904.76. P2Pool Server List | How To's and Guides Mega List | 1 EndfedSryGUZK9sPrdvxHntYzv2EBexGA

a link from p2pmining.com to this thread might also be worth considering, at least until you can get the FAQ updated.

I will being updating the FAQ this weekend.
I have been busy setting up the new dedicated server for the pool. This is a big upgrade from the VPS.
The database is already replicated The block chains are almost downloaded
The web server and p2pool still needs to be setup
Cut over to the new server should happen this week sometime.
The server will have the same domain name and cut over will happen when I change the DNS entry to point to the new server. Workers should not need to change anything.
Thanks for participating and I appreciate all the good suggestions

To whoever registered their bitcoin address to a bunch of merged mining addresses, I am unregistering all those addresses so that the merged mining payout is fair. If these are actually your addresses, I'm sorry for the inconvenience of re registering your merged mining addresses.

Is it my address? I noticed somebody set addresses for each of the merged mining coins under my BTC address.

Unconfirmed Balance is amount of your rewards for blocks that have not yet had 120 confirmations Confirmed Balance is how much rewards from blocks that have been confirmed and but have not been paid yet. Confirmed balance gets paid when it is greater than 0.5 BTC or you do an instant payout. PM me your bitcoin address so that I can trace and verify everything is working correctly. EDIT: I was able to find out you address from the data you provided and it is working correctly based upon the above criteria. It is my fault that this is not clearer on the website I will try to improve on this.

I just wanted to report that I am getting more consistent and higher earnings through this pool than I was with bitcoins.lc. Thanks for all the hard work Jaycoin.
Also, thanks to whoever recommend Vircurex, I've created addresses for merged mining through Vircures to automatically receive payments. It works great!

I am switching over to the new server as I type. The DNS entry is currently populating through the internet. If you are having problems, just point your miner at 68.233.244.64:9332 until it is done populating (That is the new server IP address) The website will act a little strange for the next couple hours. It will show that everyone lost hashrate during the switch over, but the pool overall won't so it should all even out. Sorry for the upset.

Switch over is complete. P2pmining.com:9332 should work fine now.
Some problems
Timestamp didn't match up with the last block found and it started paying out extras to a couple people.
Bitcoin is strange. The block chain I downloaded on the new server had different timestamps on blocks than the other chain. I upgraded the bitcoind version at the same time. Maybe that had something to do with it.
Note to self: Copy block chain over to new server when it coincides with a database, don't download new block chain.
Other Note: Chrome acts all wonky when changing a DNS entry on a website

What about people that don't use DNS? How about 50.22.130.100:9332, does that still work? Some problems

What are your plans for resolving this bonus issue? Will you be seeking remuneration? (Yes! Finally found a place to use remuneration.) You can never lose anything that really belongs to you, and you can't keep that which belongs to someone else. Bitcoin is strange. One more note: Checking "Watch Here For Latest News" and still no News about a server switch over with DNS change. How much advanced knowledge should users have had before the changeover? There is progress whether you are going forward or backward! The thing is to move!

I would avoid them, they can't set up an HTTPS certificate properly. I visited their home page and login page and SSL is broken. (Raspberry through thumb and forefinger circle.)

You can never lose anything that really belongs to you, and you can't keep that which belongs to someone else. There is progress whether you are going forward or backward! The thing is to move! [/quote] Most of the extra payout went to me since I am the biggest miner on the pool, so I just sent the goins back to the wallet on the server. The balance on the server is the cumulative of the workers who have not reached the 0.5 BTC threshold yet. The ones who got an extra payout are just lucky and get to keep it. I sent an extra 3.4 BTC to the pool as a subsidy to make up for any connection issues during the switch over. I am going to work on the website next to facilitate better communication of server events and plans so that workers can adjust accordingly. NOTE: New server is now located in Tampa, Florida Ping time from my home computer in Michigan went from 69ms to 53ms VPS was shutting down i0coind because it was such a memory hog. This is no longer a problem with the dedicated server.

TURN DOWN INTENSITY ON YOUR MINERS.
Some miners are wasting there hashs because of high DOA shares. DOA shares don't count towards your payout so your only hurting your own payout. The hashrate shown on the website includes DOA shares. I will soon be showing DOA hashrate and % DOA.
Intensity should not be set any higher than 8
