I'm not on board just yet unfortunately, I would buy Kore right now but trading isn't available on Bittrex for now. Well as soon as the new wallet is released and we are back on Bittrex I'll buy a fair amount, in the mean time the best thing we can do is promote the crap out of this coin before the new wallet comes out I'm putting the word out there about Kore too

I suggest to download the database linked on OP and import it.


The new client change the DB structure, anyway you must to re-synch. I suggest to save your wallet.dat file and delete all another.

Sometimes client can be crashed on first launch. Don't worry, wait a minute and try again, must to be good.


Remove your old peers.dat anyway, it store old peers in standard lan, your client don't need it.

9999 is the TOR port and you cannot change. More simple to change the Darkcoin port (from the config file)

All clients push DB during they receive txs or blocks. We have start now in the new network, you have to wait that people start to come and start to stake.

Now fully synced with the network and shows the same block count as this Block Explorer does: http://192.241.254.51:2750/chain/KoreCoin

You should run korecoin-qt.exe -loadblock={the path to the blk0001.dat you downloaded}
