does the pay out change if you become a higher rank while enrolled?
To my understanding, no. If you are enrolled in the 0.075BTC slots, you will be paid 0.075 btc a month later. For the same reason, when they increased the pay rate from 0.05 to 0.075, those already enrolled can't enjoy it. |

If you rank up during enrollment, you will be payed at the enrolling rank, not the current rank. There is no pro-rate payment for promoted accounts and a higher rank may not enroll into a lower paying slot.

Maybe it's you, and maybe it's not; either way, your overall post history was the final deciding factor in this case. Your post history is consistent with other alts, and while there isn't any direct linkage to alt accounts there are indications.
