does the pay out change if you become a higher rank while enrolled?
To my understanding, no. If you are enrolled in the 0.075BTC slots, you will be paid 0.075 btc a month later. For the same reason, when they increased the pay rate from 0.05 to 0.075, those already enrolled can't enjoy it. |

If you rank up during enrollment, you will be payed at the enrolling rank, not the current rank. There is no pro-rate payment for promoted accounts and a higher rank may not enroll into a lower paying slot.
