My experience with Nist5 is that the djm34 miner https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=658411.0;all works best with the 14.6 or 14.7 AMD drivers. Don't forget to use "kernel" : "nist5" in config file or -k nist5 via command line. HD7970/R9 280x: Intensity: 18, Worksize:64, GPU threads: 2, Thread-concurrency: 8128 (I have no idea why it is better than 8192) FWIW you'll probably do better with worksize 256.

We are happy to announce an agreement with Undergroundpool. Undergroundpool will donate 0.5% of its fee to Icebergcoin Team to support our project. Thus, we encourage people to move their miners to Undergroundpool and help us in this new journey
We want to emphasize that Icebergcoin Team does not have any kind of relationship with UndergroundPool. And we encourage other pools to follow the footsteps of UndergroundPool.
Greetingshttp://undergroundpool.me/ Thanks for all! We are working to have everything running on launch. At the moment, we are doing test with talkcoin with NIST5. If you are interested in optimize your rig you can mine now in our pool. An example of Nist5 Conf to mine in our pool C:\Users\x\Desktop\talkcoinminer\sgminer.exe -k talkcoin -o stratum+tcp://undergroundpool.me:3110 -u (WALLET TALKCOIN) -p 1 -I 20 -w 256 -g 1 The fee of our pool is 1%. The 50% of that fee will go to Icebergcoin Team to support they proyect making tests and works fine

OMG, 100 BTC in the IPO for the dev and you people are gonna support this coin. Do you really believe that the dev is gonna support this coin after making 60k USD without any real effort? Hey, dev, what are you gonna do with all that money? This is one of the worst premines ever given its size. I mean, 100 BTC and no one cares... Moreover, first 7202 blocks have ZERO reward - is this a joke?

Yeah, I thought the same, but really I noticed a little difference in WU, it actually went down over time over the worksize 64 setting. Go figure.

Who cares? People are just waiting the opportunity to dump their bags to another person. Super risky investment but chance to have high reward, welcome to the cryptoworld.

People, I am missing something? First 7200 blocks have ZERO reward. Block time is 60 seconds, that means first 5 days of mining with zero reward? Total POW block count is 17000 but this is more than 7 days of POW as stated in the OP. If POS starts before this block then the total number of POW coins will be lass than 5mln. On top of that crap the dev sold his 20% premine already for 100BTC and everybody is happy?
