Garr, What about Goats communication with Ravi? Did you recieve a total of ~38TH of cointerraminers already and failed to mention it? Thats too much man, just too much...

also, who are paying electricity for the hashfast units?

And were trading again btw...

Nope, the entirety of the hardware is online right now, and I have been paying for electricity for all the units, my own included, since the beginning.

I believe many people on this board are highly misinformed, and that keeps building upon itself to the point where people are making wild accusations which are not productive in any way.

I will always be available to support productive discussion, because that's what this thread is really here for.

Ok, but what's the explanation of absence of the contractually-promised 38TH/s from Cointerra? Are they still to-be-delivered, or was that contract renegotiated, or what?

They are still to be delivered.

Thanks.

Tips graciously accepted on my behalf by Mr. Pig. | object2212.com | BTC:1H78y8FVeQrWY6KnxA6WLFQGUoajCuiMAu | ETH:0x3c1bC39EC7F3f6b26ACb6eeeEFe7dE2f486a72E9

When will overdue dividends be posted?

Dividends weren't going out because trading was paused. They will be sent out today, and then resume the Monday schedule.

Tracking numbers have not been released because the units have not been shipped. I will gladly post them and a confirmation from CoinTerra when they ship.

Jared (Goat): Please stop making wild accusations with no basis, they are self-destructive and not appreciated.

I still am running them. They are in no way associated with Cognitive Mining and I am fully allowed to operate personal hardware in addition to Cognitive Mining's

That maybe so, but it was your responsibility to host CT machines for COG, i would ahte to learn you failed us and ran your HF machines instead, Electricity might not have been a factor.

edit: Oh and screwing Cog holders over by tring to piggy back our hosting along with a hashfast deal, where was our say in this? It is bad enough waiting on one ASIC manufacturer to deliver, but for some reason you involve the delivery time of a completely none related company put a spanner in our hosting...... great management and transparency!

Soooo I thought the math was that the value of each share was ~0.02 or so. Looks like shares are selling at a discount...

...and everyone chill out over Garr especially Goat. I think he's trying to do his best to work with everyone. Why don't you comment when you have a legitimate question, not just running off your fear?

No I am a noob - I read a lot, but never really comment. I invest in almost everything on Havelock and own 50 shares of COG.

I'm just saying you guys are overdoing it with all the ranting and raving, when there is still a lot of value in the shares.

No there not on discount just a typo on my part meant 0.01288976 not 0.001288976 damn thing sells them instantly good thing it wasn't all of my shares just 4% of my shares.

When you sell your share, you give up ownership. When you give up ownership you have no claim to your loss since it was self-inflicted. I don't see how giving your shares away to the new lucky owner is going to help you recover anything...

Who said anything about giving shares away? We are looking to liquidate COG's assets, which will result in the end of mining, hence no future value.

the share price use to be 0.10 now its only 0.01 even though are hash rate has increased over 22 times.  Even people who bought at 0.10 lost 90% of there value. This is the worst performing asset ever even if you price it in USD you manged to loss money. This is plain theft I could have more then doubled my bitcoins with any of the altcoins but instead I have lost over 95% of them.

I will be lucky to get 5% of my bitcoins back and even with the higher bitcoin price I lost 50% of my USD. Thats if I get 0.02 from garr but he only makes promises so I doubt I will get anything.

I mean selling shares for .003 BTC is pretty much giving them away. I was exaggerating.

Ill bet you dont get .02 from garr. You will be lucky to get half that.

Then I have lost 75% of my USD and will be lucky to get 2.5% of my bitcoin back. At this point I am just giving away money.

from a miners perspective, i would have no interest in buying a 1.2-1.6TH cointerra miner for $8000 when it consumes around 2.2KW or more, especially when spondoolies will be shipping in 3 weeks, 1.4th/1.2kw/$4999 and they are small compact machines that run trouble free. Not to mention asicminer/ rock miner.

People, people - people!! Who would you rather follow - someone with vision or some self-serving nuisance who wants to create panic?  Gee, I wonder who is pushing the share price down??? Maaah - Bleat. Just sayin.  Use your own brains, folks, and don't let anyone do your thinking for you.  If you got into this thinking there was no risk - shame on you.  Have been following this for a while - everyone needs to lighten up.    Cheesy

Are they still shipping the 5 board units that run at 900W, or have they switched to the 4 board ones that pull over 1kW?
