Dividends? When will overdue dividends be posted?
Dividends weren't going out because trading was paused. They will be sent out today, and then resume the Monday schedule. Edit: Dividend received -- apparently it's a Tuesday thing. |

However if you claim this is faked I hold the right, as we agreed to, to forward this e-mail to anyone who asks. Without tracking I don't see what is relevant. Can you elaborate on what this picture shows? When Garr was shipped the units from CT. As he did not want the tracking posted that is fine for privacy reasons as long as he does not say that this is fake and he admits the document is correct I will not post the tracking numbers. However if I need to prove that this is not fake I am willing to do so. Edit: I'm only post this because I guess the document was not understandable with out the context. I really do not want to take part in this thread anymore unless you have direct questions like this to me. I'm pretty much over trying to improve Cog or get Garr to do his job. Ok so we have proof of shipment. What we need are tracking numbers for proof of delivery. So since we have confirmation of shipment:

Yup. Once your lawyers get a hold of him he is very keen on making a settlement. I might be the only investor who has been made whole in this pile of fail. So how much per share were you compensated? Were you made whole to the tune of .6 to 1.0 BTC per share by threatening legal force? |

Yup. Once your lawyers get a hold of him he is very keen on making a settlement. I might be the only investor who has been made whole in this pile of fail. So how much per share were you compensated? Were you made whole to the tune of .6 to 1.0 BTC per share by threatening legal force? .6 for the shares I bought at .6 or higher. I have all the other shares, some were bought at .1 or so. I got 80% back and saved me a few years of courts and whatever (and he saved 20 years in jail). I'm sure this will not shock you but Garr will come begging trying to hand you money if he thinks he is about to be reported to the police/SEC. Turns out he has a lot more money than he would like you to think. Anyway best of luck guys, my fight is pretty much won. |

Garret didn't really choose a hosting facility, in the scramble cluster f*ck that is this mess he managed to contact another larger mining company and wangle a hosting contract in the same DC as them.
the contract has not met the KWhr that was agreed upon as yet as garrett is yet to ship them all the units. No updates on if the 0.375$/kwhr will stick with only half the contracted amount
