We now have a variety of domain choices locked in for one year.  We have many options in the coming months where one or more might come in handy.   I also saw that silkcoinbank.com and silkcoinmining.com were available.  Things that make me go, "Hmmmmmm."  silkcointalk.com?

We have them if we need them.

Silkcoin.com .net .info and .org will expire on June 21, 2015.  It would be to our benefit for those domains to be placed on backorder.  Probably need a bounty on those as that will cost between $20 tp $50 each to place on backorder for auction, depending on which domain company is used fir purchase.    Silk-coin.com expires in April 2005, as well.

Should trademark and tradename also be considered?  I would think, yes.

I will compose a short piece on silkcoin's rebirth and distribute it to all major players, networks, exchanges, etc.And yes I have silkcoin.us domain ready for community to use. I will compose the piece and submit for review to the community sometime tomorrow. Then once approved I will wait until I get the go ahead to distribute. Sound OK to everyone?

Website mentions miners will be paid a transaction fee.  We need to triple check our content for accuracy before publication.  We don't want any misinformation or out-dated information to confuse our audience.  From a PR standpoint we might ought to have an area that addresses the many lingering forum post calling silkcoin a scam coin.  I think its cool that we officially reorganized on July 4 and claimed our independence from the dark turn the coin was taking and put the camel back on its rightful path.

Reading over Cryptoarticles.com.  It's one of the the sites in the 1.1 btc advertising package mentioned earlier.  Here's my take.  Why pay for advertising now?  Were ARE crypto news.  We are a unique relaunch with the knowledge,  skills, abilility and vision to change the game in crypto.  A well-crafted press release sent to these crypto blogs announcing our official relaunch and what makes us standout from all the other altcoins will get us the recognition we need.   Just like any news source, these blogs have slow news days and NEED press releases, interviews and updates.  

I recommend we develop a PR "think tank" to immediately address initial press releases and then to formulate a strategic PR campaign.  Any others here with a journalism/marketing/PR background?  Any go-getters good at initiating contacts, organization, and follow-up?  We need to get together with our devs and form a plan.

You should start by fixing the misspelled words in the first post of this thread.

Obviously we need details in place before we submit an article to the public and potential investors.

I would like to be part of the PR team. I can also do proofreading, ediiting, composition as that is my job, albeit scientific data and methods, but still relevant skills. Can we set up a PR group and get an aggressive campaign going once devs have all wallets perfected? I am talking about website submissions, news sites, mailings, even going to a baseball game and handing out cards. Make SC a household name and the press will follow as will the price.

As previously mentioned, I will submit a proposed composition piece on Silkcoin's rebirth later today at some point. I will post it here for critique/suggestions from the community. Once all items within are addressed and resolved to the communities acceptance then media disbursement will take place. This will happen after all wallets are upgraded and ready for worldwide use. We cannot afford to have any glitches, bugs, etc in ANY wallets on ANY OS. This will only set us back further and reduce acceptance of Silkcoin's rebirth.
