well this sucks the block chain got stuck so i cleared everything and started from block 0 and now it hangs up after every ~500 blocks and I have to restart the wallet at this rate i'll be sync'd by christmas......and YES I have the latest wallet version

lt used to be the same for me when I switched to the new wallet, but deleting the old block chain and replacing it with the new one (download that one)
did the trick
Btw I'm now on the x64 1.1 version

 Did you unzip the blockchain file into appdata?  There are a few sticks in 500 increments around 60k. Believe the blockchain download gives you to 90.

  Old devs did a very poor fork at 60, we are working on it but process is slow. If you use the blockchain download it shouldnt be a prob.  Else a few restarts should fix the problem.  Believe sticks are 60k, 60.5, 61, and 61.5

I think at the moment you more fixing the old stuff and thanks for that great work!

Back to the Update I dont think you want to release all together and I cannot believe that you work on everything at the same time. So can you give me a small insight which of these features will be first priority and what do you think is the time frame? 1 week? 1 month?

Good people will triumph.  It is good to hear of other coins recoveries from dishonorable actions.  Hopefully one day we all function together.

Silkcoin slowly comes back with a small uncertainty for traders and investors. I believe that the coin will reach a value as it had, but it requires patience.
