Can someone from the devs to share some info about future plans?

I may not be a Dashcoin dev, but I am a dev working with Dashcoin.  I hope this qualifies me to answer.   Cheesy

Slb is working on the Minergate issue right now, and is looking into getting transactions sending properly again.  I am currently working on the GUI wallet, and have a web wallet planned for the future.

For the health of the network, please consider moving your miners off of Minergate for the time being and using:

http://dsh.democats.org
https://www2.coinmine.pl/dsh/
http://dsh.extremepool.org/

Minergate is very questionable, they seem to be using an outdated version of the protocol on their DSH pool which is causing the unconfirmed transactions. They are also ignoring support inquiries and messages from the dev team about this

You can see my post on minergate thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=528848.msg9309057#msg9309057

Slb and AdamWhite have been looking into the issues with the transactions, so they can give a more official response, but here's what I know.

Everyone should read this, especially the miners.  This is extremely important.

Minergate is running an outdated version of the Dashcoin daemon, one that is blocking most transactions that are > 10,000 bytes (which is a lot of them).  On top this, Minergate controls 40% of the Dashcoin network hashrate.  I remind everyone that cryptonote coins are controlled by the community, the miners.  Right now, 40% of them are contributing to a pool which is not including a lot of transactions in the blocks they mine.  Minergate has been refusing to reply to any messages sent to them.  So, to solve this, we need the help of the miners.  To that 40%, please stop mining at Minergate and contributing to Dashcoin's transactions issues.  It would be greatly appreciated, by the entire Dashcoin community.

Other pools running the correct daemon are:

http://dsh.democats.org
https://www2.coinmine.pl/dsh/
http://dsh.extremepool.org/

More info can be seen in slb's and AdamWhite's previous posts.

Its been 24 hours for my missing coins so I'm going to chalk it up as a loss and moving on.  Minergate is not to be trusted.

Please feel free to post here for any tech support related to switching from Minergate to one of the updated Dash pools..

At this point it appears Minergate is not interested in updating their DSH pool, so the transaction issues we are experiencing will continue for as long as MG has people mining there

I'm also thinking about a giveaway/incentive to encourage miners to mine at one of the healthy pools (and compensate for time lost switching pools) more details on this coming tonight/tomorrow (but really you should do it bcause you love DSH  Cheesy)

Nah, we got this Wink

update: the miner's response has been unbelievable!.. MG has lost over 50% of their DSH hash in less than 24 hours. kudos to the Dash community!

GIVEAWAY NEWS

Here's how it's going to work. Send me a PM with your DSH address and the pool you're mining on. At random time during the day, if your address is hashing, i'll send you Dashcoins! One PM is all it takes to receive your bonus DSH for the next couple days (maybe longer!) payouts will depend on whatever coins are generated by my 3kh mining DSH, divided by the number of PM's

Now, enough talk! Let's see some PM's! (first payments will be made around 15-18 hours from now)

Is this coin working?

I bought some coins on Poloniex.

After buying them, I transferred some coins (75 MM) to my personal wallet.

Date: 2014-10-26 20:27:21 (GMT +1)
Status COMPLETE: 365de80532e55b59d9c68fe429a383da4d5555c6e310845fbe8f070807b77a1c

My wallet is fully synchronized, but it tells me that this transaction does not exist:

print_tx 365de80532e55b59d9c68fe429a383da4d5555c6e310845fbe8f070807b77a1c
transaction wasn't found: <365de80532e55b59d9c68fe429a383da4d5555c6e310845fbe8f070807b77a1c>

What is happening here?

Did I lost 75 MM of DSH?

Resetting your wallet by following the instructions on the faq (http://dashcoin.net/faq/) should fix the issue.  Look under "My transaction says sent, but it never showed up."
