hello HYP memebers. i was wondering how many confirms before spending a received coin in qt wallet? how many confirms before spending a stake reward?
Good to see you still asking the same question in every coin thread. You'll have Legendary status in no time and can join a high paying signature campaign. i am making a community specs page. i'd like to get the correct information as to help community. i believe confirmations in qt wallet is a spec worth noting for investors and such others to know before deciding. it seems that you have no idea what confirms are and how they are relevant to cryptographics.

Well it is pretty damn suspicious when you do post the same thing dozens of times in a day. Mayhaps for future reference explain what it is you are doing so folks dont think you are just account farming.

my question is i already bought 100K coin HYB tried to stake them if i stake them all I will get the days to stake is 11 days but i see calculate stake option and i put 100.000 i got only 1000 this mean after 11 days I will get 1000 coins ?
i tried also to split coins to 5500 per block I got near the days to stake is 120 days I also calculate stake for 5500 i got 1000 after 9 days but it is showed 120 days in coin control
i dont understand this in stake calculate there is 9 12 15 20 30 days if put 5500 will get 1000 for each

Sorry that it is a bit confusing! The point of the calculator is to show your reward at X amount of days with a certain block size, not to predict how long it will take to stake. To see predictions of how long it will take to stake, see the coin control column for it.

and to add to that you can start browsing the richlist and looking at what block sizes are staking at what date and % to get a feel for the real world aspects of blocksize.

Days to stake is an estimate of how long it will take to successfully stake. Age is how old your coin is. Priority you should probably just ignore. Maturity means whether your coin is old enough to be eligible to stake, for HYP this is about 8 days old.

It would probably be closer to 30-70 days, and depends on how lucky you get. You will not need to keep your wallet, unless your coins are mature.

When the age of your coin blocks is greater than 8.0 days they are mature and able to stake. At this point you will notice the Weight column value begin to change from 0 and get bigger every day to the max of 30days. You only need to have your wallet open (and unlocked if encrypted) once you see some of your coins have weight > 0.

Once at least one of those coin blocks is 8 days old it will begin to attempt to stake it for the reward.

One thing I worry about with staking coins is inflation. Will inflation happen?

Nope. It is impossible to inflate Hyperstake because it is digital and not a balloon, tire or an air mattress. No pump can attach to it.

Nope. It is impossible to inflate Hyperstake because it is digital and not a balloon, tire or an air mattress. No pump can attach to it. HyperStake has pretty good inflation controls setup. Right now it will produce a maximum of 960,000 HYP per day, and will stay that way forever. Many other coins produce much more than this. Through time 960,000 HYP becomes less and less relative to the entire coin supply. Most of the major supply inflation has already occurred, and I would say we are more in a moderate-low inflation phase.

HyperStake has a built-in inflation control mechanism that limits the reward to 1000 HYP (also called max subsidy). It means that money supply grows linearly (not exponentially) and gradually, preventing the market from plummeting. There is also another (psychological and economical) point, which plays a significant role. The ratio between total supply and projected annual supply is continuously dropping, and this means that the APR nominally is doing the same. Here it can be observed in real time. Although a permanent supply expansion can lead to some inflation, it's not the thing to worry about if market capitalization remains stable (until the next growth). If we look at Dogecoin, we will see that it has more than 260 times bigger supply (which is also ever expanding), but its price is only 3 times lower.
