I just want to congratulate the Dev of hyperstake for creating such a great and fair coin. In say fair because of the way the coin handles hyper inflation. It handles it brilliantly. It certainly is a great investment and I dont know why I never invested sooner. None the less later is better than never. The amount of volume is very impressive and so is the buy and sell orders. A very profitable and stable coin.
eheheh your comments are quite sarcastic I suppose LOL

For as long as HYP has been around, everything works as it should. Smooth like butter. The issue, right now is that it's not on a high volume exchange and the lack of active traders. I'm still buying HYP at Cryptopia, so if anyone wants to dump, now is the time to do it.

the more i use cryptopia, the more i like it. don't forget about the ltc market which is very convenient for fast transfers.
I really hope to hear something more interesting from you guys (devs) to re-launch this coin a bit, else I can't see a bright future here

I have downloaded the newest wallet and deleted those 2 files. I downloaded the bootstrap and put it in the correct folder as well. When I run the QT it just sits at the loading screen and does not get any further.

It could take even one hour for the wallet to load, just wait

The initial sync can take a while, even with a bootstrap file, because the client is still verifying every block and transaction. The bootstrap is not a ready-to-go blockchain; it's more like a fast local peer. If you're running Windows, you should be able to find debug.log somewhere around Users\<youraccount>\AppData\Roaming\Hyperstake or similar. Viewing that should give you an idea of the progress.

I left it over night it is now working. The problem is no nodes are connecting so I must add them. So where are the nodes ? I will try to close the wallet and open it again and look for nodes but it would be easier to get them here.

Yeah if you are looking for a blockchain dump, I believe they have an older one at cryptochainer.com. I always prefer bootstrap because you can be sure that it is completely valid. Unfortunately HYP is x11, which means the hashing that is done during verification is painfully slow. Edit - also to see how far you are in the bootstrap process you can look at the debug file, it will tell you what block you are on.

There are plenty of nodes to connect to. Maybe you are running an old wallet version or something and nodes are refusing to connect to you? Any hints from your debug file?

It says the connection has timed out everytime in the debug file. I have version 1.1.3 which is the latest one. I am not sure what is going on. I added the nodes to the .conf file I got the nodes here http://www.presstab.pw/phpexplorer/HYP/nodes.php
