Ahhhh.... I nearly forgot why I left nav a while back...
Ignore mode: on
Been like a month the last announcement about the swap... last post from a nav team member (pakage) is from may 6th...
Since then, ppl are asking, and asking, and asking.. no replies. I see Strugg is still doing is fantastic job btw.
Why sometimes so close to your community, but other time just ignoring it? Why showing transparency and obscurity like a bipolar? I think everyone knows you will delivers something great, that's not the case here, you guys are great, but imho you've played too much the anticipation card.
If there is delays, just say it.

Has anyone created any Crypto trading formulas. Example insert NAV price insert current BTC price . BTC price changes rapidly. Now BTC is $627 Australian up from around $540 . Also only from January this year $240. So in real terms NAV price is different.

Swap procedure NAV Coin 2.0 Client release
Dear NAV Community!
We are glad to inform You that we have successfully finished testing NAV Coin 2.0 client. We can now proceed with swap process. First phase is swap period on Bittrex Exchange: https://bittrex.com
We will now publish the code to Bittrex so they can prepare for the swap. Once that is done we will announce the exact swap date that will take place on Bittrex. We should know that date within a few days.
SWAP INSTRUCTIONS:
Please send all Your NAV coins to Your Bittrex account before the planned swap date. Keep Your NAV coins on Bittrex until the end of swap procedure.
And that is all. Bittrex will automatically swap Your coins on the planned date. DO NOT deposit Your old NAV coins to Bittrex after the swap, becouse they won't be able to credit deposits send to the old wallet. DO NOT try to send Your coins between different wallet versions. By doing so You risk losing Your coins. After swapping use only the newest client.
SWAP RULES:
All coins will be swapped at a value of 1:1. You will still have exactly the same amount of NAV as you do now and there will still be the same total number of NAV as there are now, so your coin’s will retain the same value.
Swap period on Bittrex will take 2 weeks.
After that 2 week period time there will be no option to swap your coins using exchange and the old coins will no longer be valid on the exchanges.
We will offer additional 2 weeks of manual swap after that. To swap your coins manually you will need to contact Development Team directly and we can help you make the swap.
This procedure takes a lot of time and efforts, so please swap Your coins during first 2 weeks using Bittrex.
After the total 4 week swap period, the NAV Foundation will assume guardianship of any unclaimed coins. From then onwards users can contact us if they missed out on the swap and we will do our best to see they get their coins upgraded. Past that, the foundation will use the unswapped coins for covering the costs of new projects and server’s upkeep.
NAV Coin 2.0 client:
We are glad to announce that new client is fully finished & tested. We release it to allow You to check all new features and get ready for after-swap period. DO NOT SEND Your coins to this wallet yet! Wait for the swap procedure. This wallet uses Navcoin2 as Appdata folder.
New Features in NAV 2.0
You can watch the video preview of new NAV Coin 2.0 wallet here:
https://youtu.be/MMfU9_v2hk4
Here's the summary of the improvements we will be deploying:
Full automatic TOR implementation
Optional use of TOR using -tor=ip:port * TOR client should be available
Secp256k1 ECDSA Signature implementation and support
BIP 14 - Protocol Version and User Agent
BIP21 - URI Scheme
BIP22 - getblocktemplate - Fundamentals
BIP30 - Duplicate transactions
Blocks are not allowed to contain a transaction whose identifier matches that of an earlier, not-fully-spent transaction in the same chain.
BIP31 - Coalescing Transaction Specification (wildcard inputs)
BIP 32 - Hierarchical Deterministic Wallets
https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0032.mediawiki
Capability to generate wallet addresses from a single private seed. This allows the user to re-generate key pairs from the seed if the wallet is lost. Backup frequency is reduced. Wallet generation methods are now compliant with web & mobile wallet standards.
BIP 38 - Passphrase-protected Private Key
https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0038.mediawiki
Capability to encrypt and encode a passphrase protected private key. Typically intended for use on paper wallets and physical coins. Users will now be able to store their coins offline in secure cold storage.
BIP 62 - Dealing with malleability
BIP 100 - Floating block size hard limit
https://github.com/jgarzik/bip100/blob/master/bip-0100.mediawiki
Maximum block size is increased to 20MB with the maximum size for mined blocks set to 10MB. Block size is dynamic and changes in response to the volume of transactions. This future proofs the coin to be capable of handling all perceived future transaction volumes.
Updated User Interface
As you can see, we’ve refreshed the branding in the wallet to match the websites branding. You can see the Anonymous Send feature on this send coins dialog window.
Bittrex Trading
The new wallet has the capability to connect to Bittrex with API Keys to trade NAV directly from within the wallet. You can see the current market orders, place & cancel orders as well as see your trade history.
Messages
This feature allows users to send encrypted private messages to other users by their wallet address. All communication is directly from wallet to wallet ensuring maximum privacy.
Block Explorer
The new wallet allows you to look up addresses and transactions from directly within the wallet.
The wallet also includes all the standard features you expect in a cryptocurrecy wallet (send, receive, backup, transaction history etc..)
Please remember that this new wallet is ONLY for NAV Coin 2.0 This wallet uses Navcoin2 as Appdata folder. DO NOT run both wallet versions (old and new 2.0 one) at the same time! DO NOT send any coins to it before finishing the swap procedure! By doing so You risk losing all Your coins & we will not take any responsibility for that.
You can download it here:

If You have any questions regarding swap procedure please contact us. Stay tuned for the announcement of exact swap date! Best Regards!

Just curious, whats the problem with running both wallets at the same time? They are actually different coins completely so why expect complications?
I understand everything else about not sending coins yet etc
