Sry to keep beating a dead horse, but have you guys been in contact with Cryptsy as to whats happening to their Nav wallet ?
And does anyone know what the exact address is ?
It remains in maintenance and doesn't look like they will allow me to withdraw my Navs  Only a few k but they must have a big chunk of the total supply in their cold wallet.

Hi we have opened different tickets. there is no response until now, but I think withdrawal was opened?
Anybody already had success withdrawing his coins?

... If I am correct, cryptsy is one of the top three wallets in the richlist.

The maintenance symbol is still visible behind the wallet on the balances tab I don't think it will allow any withdrawls.

I don't care about losing a few K of coins but if its one of the top 3 wallets I don't want Big Vern to Dump it all to make a quick buck that ****** ******** **********.
I have open tickets there as well also asking about Nav but 0 response.

Cryptsy and Big Vern should have 0 excuses returning Altcoins to its customers. They should immediately allow all withdrawals and yes  sluppy is correct. 5 million,  4 million  or 3 million Navajocoins in Top 3 Richlist is a massive worry if held by Cryptsy and Big Vern.

13,000 BITCOIN Stolen worth what 7 million USD. That's a  massive crime and they kept it a secret since 2014. Thats a Big WTF at Big WTF Vern !

How does the Richlist update?  with Cryptsy. If it's a  Cold Wallet? ??

This is a massive problem for ALL altcoins on that exchange and not just NAV

couldn't you just ask bittrex and poloniex to to tell you there nav address? then by the power of deduction the other one is cryptsy right? also, when we know which wallet is cryptsy, is there a way to freeze it? or burn it, without a fork?

Can you not serve notice on Cryptsy saying something like....

"As our Nav users have been unable to withdraw from your site for several months and despite numerous support tickets not being answered we have no alternative than to give notice that unless withdrawals are made available within xxx working days we will have no option other than to destroy all coins related to the Cryptsy address".

Just a thought.

From the Update 3.3 it is no more called NavajoCoin, but NavCoin. Only way to do this inside ABE Explorer is to reload the blochchain data.

Decentralisation Update

Hi Navajo Community,

I have fully completed stage 1 of the decentralization process this week and sent a successful Anonymous Transaction using the new code.

I have added a function which sends the newly encrypted address to the server and asks it to test if it can decrypt the adddress before the transaction is committed. This protects the user from a scenario where the encryption failed and the server can't actually decrypt the destination address. This scenario shouldn't happen in theory but i thought it was worth putting in there as a safety net. There are also other server side fail safes on all transactions. if the server does some how receive a transaction which it can't decrypt or verify the address of, it will bounce the coins back to the origin.

Here's the latest commit:

https://github.com/navcoindev/navcoin/commit/8e10f4a358714a8f3716b69e8669703e3b0ca29d

I would like to inform you of the three main phases of achieving decentralization if you were unable to understand from the whitepaper.

Phase 1 - Remove need for API server and build the server selection functionality into the wallet.

Phase 2 - Distribute and update the available server list using the P2P network which propagates the block chain.

Phase 3 - Port server list distribution scripts to the Anon Subchain so it can also operate autonomously.

I will now begin Phase 2. I will report my progress at the end of the week as per usual.

http://www.navajocoin.org/projects

Talk soon,
Craig.

Great to see the NAV faucet back!  and Bounty up and running. I'll do my promised donations around February 20th for both.

Also we could attempt Wikipedia again but this time with the name NAV. If anyone wants to kick it off

The faucet does not seem to be working correctly for me.
And judging by the fact it is still 100 NAV right now it probably does not work for anyone

Just wanted to let all you die-hard navcointalk forum users on here know that Strugg has confirmed that new Twitter Social Login feature is now online/working.  As soon as I get additional key-pairs for facebook and twitter accounts we will get those enabled as well.

Keeping an eye on the orderbooks but so far no real significant build up in buy orders (at least on polo, not tracking trex as closely)

Maybe someone from team was hungry and sold it.
Btw. it was mine 15k, I dont see any returned navs in my acc, so they must be in old wallet (I hope... if bounty coins was fucked for devs pleasures, it will be little sad ;< )
